The episode starts with Kusum asking Adit why didn’t he say no to Sowmya and say that he will not cut the cake with his family being here. Adit’s office colleagues come to the party and surprise Adit. Sowmya asks Kusum if they can cut the cake. Kusum asks Sowmya to wait and says Mangal is on the way. Sowmya says she thought Mangal will not come as she is injured. Kusum says Mangal will come no matter what and comments on it to Sowmya. Sowmya leaves from there.
Adit asks Kusum where is Mangal. Kusum reminds Adit about Ishana who he put in the boarding school and tells Adit what happened. Kusum says Mangal is picked by Karthik and asks Adit not to worry.
Karthik and Lakshmi are shown to be on the way to Adit’s house to pick up Mangal.
Mangal is shown to be telling the tempo driver what he has to take for Ishana. Lakshmi calls Mangal and asks Mangal if she is ready. Mangal says she is ready. Sowmya calls her men and tells him what he has to do.
The tempo driver is about to drive the van away. Sowmya’s man uses the smoke blower that repels mosquitoes on the street. Mangal feels suffocation due to the smoke around her. Sowmya’s man throws Mangal into the cardboard box that is in front of her. Sowmya’s man puts the cardboard box in the tempo and closes the van door.
Lakshmi and Karthik come to Adit’s house but they don’t find Mangal. Mangal is shown to be unconscious in the card board box. Lakshmi calls Mangal but she doesn’t attend the call.
Lakshmi calls Kusum and says Mangal isn’t here. Sowmya comments on Mangal not coming here till now. Kusum asks Lakshmi and Karthik to come here right away and says Mangal should have left to come here as she was being late.
Lakshmi and Karthik come to the Adit’s party. Lakshmi sees Mangal is not present at the party. She tells everyone that she is worried for Mangal. Sowmya comments on it. Lakshmi rebukes her. Akshat cries for Mangal. Sowmya decides to use the situation. She asks Adit to cut the cake to calm down Akshat. Adit agrees. He is about to cut the cake but Akshat spoils it and it falls on Sowmya’s dress. Sowmya scolds him. Adit says it’s a misunderstanding. Colleagues tell Adit that they are getting late and leave from there.
Mangal regains consciousness. She thinks how she came in this card box. She feels suffocation and tries to open the box. Adit tells Kusum that he needs to go to the office for a meeting. Kusum says Sowmya will manage at the office. She asks Adit to search for Mangal with them.
Mangal comes out of the card box. She thinks how she landed in Ishana’s tempo. Adit and Kusum come home and they didn’t get any information of Mangal from neighbours. Kusum asks Adit to call Ishana boarding as there is a chance Mangal might have gone to meet Ishana. Adit says it’s impossible. Kusum asks him to call them once. Mangal shouts for help from the tempo. Karthik and Lakshmi come home and tells Kusum that Mangal is nowhere. Mangal gets hit in tempo due to sudden brake and falls unconscious.
