The episode starts with Mauli and the entire family completing the puja. Mauli gives a holy thread to Janki, asking her to tie it on Tanvi’s hand. Janki ties the holy thread on Tanvi. She also blesses him. One of the ladies arrives there with her injured son. She complains to Janki about Rahul and Rohit for beating her son. She also mocks Tanvi and Vijay. Vijay takes a firm stand for Tanvi, which makes the latter and the entire family happy and emotional. The lady leaves from there after Vijay warns her. He then hugs Tanvi. Everyone looks happy.
Tanvi asks both Rahul and Mauli to bring Mehendi leaves, which confuses everyone. Janki and others question Tanvi, but the latter assures to share with them about her thoughts so Rahul and Mauli go to complete the work Tanvi has assigned to them. Tanvi makes Rahul and Mauli stop at the doorstep, and then she makes Mauli wear a churni made by Jyoti. She then apologises to Mauli for her act. She further regrets her decision not to take part in Rahul-Mauli’s wedding rituals. She decides to make Rahul and Mauli perform the wedding rituals again, which makes everyone happy. Tanvi seeks Mauli’s forgiveness, but the latter asks her to bless her instead. Mauli gets emotional. Ajanta also praises Mauli. Mauli hugs Manoj, and she says to him that finally, the entire family has accepted her as daughter-in-law. Manoj looks happy.
Akshay informs the family members that from next week, new rooms in the house will be built. Everyone gets happy. Golu suggests having a party. Everyone agrees with it. They all happily dances. Later, Rahul enters the room where Mauli is waiting for him. He teases about the decorations, which makes Mauli angry. She decides to remove it, but Rahul gets romantic with her.
Here, Ajanta looks upset after Manas rejects her calls. Manoj arrives there. He tells Ajanta that the latter has to realise Mauli truly wanted her love. That’s the reason she transferred all the property to her and Manas’s name, which he has gifted it to her. He also advises her to accept Mauli, who loves her. Ajanta becomes speechless learning about Mauli’s love for her.
The next day, Janki decides to make everyone’s favourite halwa. She stumbles with the ingredients, which Jyoti notices it and she gets worried. Mauli arrives there. She sends Jyoti out, and then she requests Janki to do her eye check-up, but Janki firmly refuses it. Mauli again tries to change the mind of Janki, but she fails to do it.
Later, Mauli shares her worry about Janki’s eye sight problem with Rahul. Just then, Ajanta arrives there. She apologises to Mauli, and she accepts Mauli as her daughter, which makes Mauli happy and emotional. She then decides to help Mauli convince Janki. During the puja, Mauli and the entire family convince Janki to do eye checkups. Janki then handed over the house’s responsibility to Mauli. Everyone gets happy. After a few months, the Agrewal’s tries to spend time with Tanvi and Vijay’s newborn daughter, but a pregnant Mauli arrives there with Rahul. She tells everyone that she is going to spend time with the newborn. Everyone agrees. The entire family takes a selfie together and also chants God’s name. The voice-over says Mauli came to the Mehndi Wala Ghar with a purpose to mend one another’s relationship, and now she has become a member of the family. It further blesses Mauli to get all the happiness in the world.
