The episode starts with Aryaman asking Janvi to punish him and not take out his anger on Kian. Janvi throws the stick away. Aryaman asks Janvi why wasn’t she able to hurt him. Aryaman says he knows that she loves him and comments on it. Aryaman asks Janvi why did she leave the house. Janvi stays silent. Aryaman says Suhasini told him today that Brij Bhushan asked him to send Janvi out of the hotel. Aryaman asks Janvi if Brij Bhushan is the reason for her to leave the house and asks Janvi to tell him the truth. Janvi says this is her own decision to leave the house and asks Aryaman to leave from here. Aryaman leaves from there. Janvi thinks to herself that she can’t tell Aryaman the truth that Brij Bhushan asked her to leave the house as if she told the truth then there will be a rift in between a father and son and she doesn’t want that to happen.
Anushka searches in the room for the book given to her by Janvi in which Janvi has written all the details about Kian.
It is shown Janvi comes to Anushka and says to Anushka that in this book she will find out all the details about Kian. Janvi tells her a few past memories of herself with Kian.
Anushka reads in the book to find out what is Kian allergic to. Anushka finds out Kian is allergic to Kiwi. Anushka decides to feed Kiwi to Kian and when he gets allergic reaction she will give him anti allergic injection and save Kian. Anushka thinks Aryaman after a while will come home and learn about how she saved Kian. Anushka thinks in this way she will win Aryaman’s heart.
Premchand asks Kian to eat the food and says this food is made by Suhasini not Anushka. Kian says he doesn’t want food and says he wants Janvi. Suhasini comments on it and asks Kian to forget about Janvi.
Anushka comes to Kian and asks Kian to eat fruit custard that she made for him. Anushka signals Suhasini to help her. Suhasini says it tastes great and asks Kian to eat it.
Kian after eating fruit custard feels suffocation and he gets rashes all over his body. Suhasini says this looks like an allergic reaction. Anushka says Kian might be allergic to Kiwi just like her and says she will go and get the antidote.
Janvi feels uneasiness and says to Ritu that she feels Kian is in danger and asks Ritu to go and check on Kian. Ritu agrees and leaves from there.
Anushka takes the antidote and decides to make Kian suffer a little more so that she can win Aryaman’s heart with more impact.
Premchand and Suhasini worry for Kian as foam is coming out of Kian’s mouth. Anushka while coming downstairs with the medicine accidentally drops the antidote when she falls and antidote bottle breaks.
