Episode starts with Amarjeet’s family celebrating rakhi. Yash promises his mother to seek revenge for her. Amarjeet gets a call from the sanction authority and informs Yash that Mr Shenoy is leaving for next fifteen days. He asks Amarjeet to know where Mr Shenoy is going to so that he can reach there and get the sanction. Similarly, Yuvika gets the same information from Bhanu Pratap and coincidentally she also asks Bhanu to know the same information. Yash and Yuvika both get to know that Mr Shenoy is in Delhi so they decide to reach his farmhouse for his signatures.
Before leaving home, Yash gets a call from who informs that he has sent him the entire list of the people who died on the day of his heart transplant. He looks tensed and goes inside to read the document. Yash and Yuvika get to see each other driving in the same direction on the road. Both decide to not let each other win this opportunity and race their cars. Gargi comes to meet Dj in the jail.She tells Dj that the Nagars have captured their house and are ruling it in their middle class terms. She says she is tired of all this and wants her house back. Dj says she need not worry about this since her time would come back soon.
Dj asks Gargi what she knows about the Talwars. She says Bhanu and Amarjeet were best of friends and business partners at the same time. Yuvika decides to not break the rules to win. She wishes Yash’s car gets malfunctioned or he gets stopped for something midway and exactly the same thing happens midway. Yash’s car brakes fails so he somehow stops his car. Yuvika stops by his car and tells him that those people who like seeing other people lose can never win in life and leaves.
Vidur brings Bhoomi to Neil’s favourite restaurant to keep up their memories alive. He says that Neil used to come here with him on every month end and he loves the daal makhni of this place and becomes emotional. Bhoomi says they would have daal makhni here today and requests him to stop crying . He goes to the washroom and breaks into tears when Amarjeet Talwar arrives there and asks him if he is okay. He hugs Vidur and asks him to calm down. Bhoomi sees Shalini Talwar sitting at the same restaurant. She has come here for a book launch of hers seeing whom she becomes a little tensed.
Bhoomi gets Yuvika’s call who tells her what all happened with her on the road and that she met Yash Talwar who’s car brokedown midway. Episode ends.
