The episode starts with Saraswati expressing her dilemma with God about Vedika and Koel. She further tells God that she feels Vedika is her Jahnvi with her actions, but Kalash is with Koel. She prays God to help her. Meanwhile, Vedika tells her foster parents that it’s Koel who stole the Kalash. Kishorilal reminds her about their warnings not to believe anyone. Vedika shares with them how she felt a connection with Koel since the day she met her. She thought that Koel was her sister Yamini. She then tells them that Koel is a cheater. She also assures them to meet them often as they are her parents, too. Both Vedika and Saraswati share a hug. They all hope that tomorrow Vedika’s truth of being a real Jahnvi will come out.
Here, Koel shows Mayuri a duplicate DNA test result of Vedika. They both decide to exchange it with the original one at any cost. Both of them wonder how to fool Himmat to execute their plan. They try to leave outside, but Himmat firmly refuses, which makes them upset. Koel shares her idea with Mayuri about how to outsmart Himmat. They both then put up an act in front of Himmat and then use curtains so that Koel can change her clothes. Koel goes inside, where she makes arrangements so that Mayuri can go outside. Meanwhile, Mayuri distracts Himmat, saying that after Koel changes her cloth, she will perform puja. Koel arrives there, and she sends Mayuri inside. Himmat questions Koel about Mayuri’s puja, which isn’t hearing outside. So Mayuri executes the next part of the plan to make Himmat believe that she is performing the puja. She then leaves the house using the nearby window.
Later, Mayuri enters the hospital to exchange Vedika’s DNA result with Koel’s DNA result. But she hears the voice so she goes outside and hides herself from the hospital staff’s. She hears their conversation about Sagar’s strict instructions. She gets upset, realising that she can’t able to exchange the DNA test reports. Meanwhile, Sagar visits Sharma’s house with Kishorilal and Padma’s favourite food. He also assures them that he will not leave Vedika at any cost. Also, his support will be always with Vedika, which makes them happy along with Vedika.
Here, Himmat demands Koel to let him meet Mayuri, who hasn’t come out yet. Koel tries to stop him, but she fails. She gets relieved seeing Mayuri, who has returned on time. Mayuri scolds Himmat. After Himmat leaves the place, Mayuri informs Koel that she has failed to change the reports. Koel gets upset. At night, both Koel and Mayuri try to leave the place, but Himmat stops them. They both fear about their truth getting exposed.
The next day, Vedika arrives at the Maheswari’s house with her foster parents. Saraswati welcomes them happily. Himmat brings Koel and Mayuri there. They both decide to find a way to run away from there. Sagar brings the DNA result. He asks Saraswati to open it. Saraswati gets shocked after reading the DNA result.
