The episode starts with Lolly encouraging Saraswati to reveal the DNA report result. Mayuri and Koel get tensed. Saraswati reads a test result, but she stops herself from continuing to read it. Both Sagar and Vedika look hopeful. Lolly goes to Saraswati, and then she informs everyone that the report of DNA results isn’t matched, shocking everyone. Sagar leaves Vedika’s hand, which shocks her.
Sagar questions the doctor about the test result. The doctor informs the DNA of both Saraswati and Vedika that didn’t matched so Vedika isn’t Saraswati’s daughter. Vedika tells this information can’t be true. Rajeshwari signs at Digvijay. Both Digvijay and the doctor stare at each other. The FB shows in which the doctor tampers Vedika’s DNA result under Digvijay’s instructions. Digvijay gets happy. Saraswati breaks down, saying that Vedika is her Jahnvi. She also cries bad, saying how long God will punish her like this. Sagar goes to the doctor. Vedika tells that someone must have tampered with her DNA result. Sharma’s also tells Saraswati that they found Vedika in the accident spot only. Koel gets furious at Vedika for lying to everyone about her identity.
Vedika goes near Saraswati, but Rajeshwari stops her from going near Saraswati. She lashes out at Vedika for fooling them all with her lies. Vedika tries to explain to Rajeshwari about her earlier statement about her reports being tampered, but Rajeshwari refuses to listen to her. The latter accuses Vedika of blaming Sagar, who has suggested the DNA test. Also, he is the one who chose the laboratory and the doctor. She also badly criticises Vedika, but Saraswati stops Rajeshwari, saying that she can sense that Vedika is her real daughter Jahnvi. The doctor assures Sagar that the results about Vedika are true, and then he leaves from there, giving an excuse.
Meanwhile, Himmat receives a call, so he leaves the place. Mayuri notices that everyone is distracted, so she decides to leave the place with Koel using this opportunity. Koel tries to stay back , and Mayuri firmly refuses it. Before they both could leave the place, Lolly stops them. She suggests that they should learn the DNA report result of Koel, too. Rajeshwari agrees with her. Both Mayuri and Koel get nervous. Sagar says that he is sure Koel’s result must be a negative one. But Lolly informs that Koel’s DNA report is matching with Saraswati, so she is the real Jahnvi shocking everyone, including both Mayuri and Koel.
Mayuri realises that Koel is indeed Saraswati’s daughter, so when Koel questions her about failing to exchange the report last night. Mayuri lies to her, but it’s her who has changed the report. Koel gets happy. Mayuri vows not to let Koel learn the truth about her being Saraswati’s daughter. Vedika shouts at Koel, saying she is real Jahnvi. Sagar also refuses to believe that Koel is real Jahnvi, which Saraswati also agrees. They both further defend Vedika in front of Rajeshwari, saying that Vedika will never lie. Rajeshwari tells them that the Sharma’s are lying to them, which shocks Vedika and the Sharma’s.
Precap: Sagar shouts at Vedika. He further demands Vedika to leave the house. Vedika gets shattered by Sagar’s behaviour while Koel looks happy.
