Episode begins with Pradyumna enters the kitchen and goes to Kaashvi. He tells her that he won’t let anything happen to her. Arjun asks Devansh that why doctor did not come yet. Devansh calls the doctor and gives the phone to Arjun. Arjun tells doctor about Kaashvi and Meera’s condition. Doctor tells Arjun that he is on the way but he has only one antidote with him.
Arjun asks doctor to come and give that antidote to Kaashvi. He carries Meera and tells Mahendra that he is taking Meera to the hospital. Kaashvi feels bad seeing this. She thinks that Arjun cares about Meera only and loses her consciousness. Doctor comes there. Pradyumna asks doctor to save Kaashvi.
In the hospital, Arjun tells everything to doctor. Doctor asks Arjun to not worry. Arjun prays to God for Meera and her baby.
Later, Kaashvi regains her consciousness. She realises that she is in the hospital. Pradyumna tells her that he shifted her to hospital on doctor’s behest. She asks him about her baby. He tells her that her baby is fine. She tells thanks to him for saving her baby. He tells her that she saved many people life and he is so proud of her. He asks her to take rest and leaves from there.
Meanwhile, Meera learns that her baby is fine and Kaashvi is in ward number 10. She goes to Kaashvi’s ward and asks Kaashvi that whether the latter is fine. Kaashvi nods at Meera. Nurse sends Meera from there. Kaashvi learns that Meera is pregnant. She misunderstands that Meera is pregnant with Arjun’s child.
After some time, Kaashvi asks Arjun that what is he doing there. Arjun tells Kaashvi that he was worried about her and baby. She tells him that he did not care about her in the morning. He realises that Kaashvi don’t know he asked doctor to give antidote ro her. She tells him that she saw him choosing Meera over her. She says that she know Meera is pregnant with Arjun’s child. He gets shocked hearing this.
She tells him that he left her there to die. She asks him to stop playing with her feelings. She says that she want to know what Arjun will do if she is pregnant with his child then. He thinks that he can’t leave Meera so it’s good Kaashvi hates him. He tells her that she is right. He says that he loves Meera and baby that’s why he saved them. He tells all the best to her for her future. She tells him to leave from there. He stares her and leaves from there ( Title song plays in the background ). Pradyumna sees Kaashvi crying. He thinks that Arjun don’t deserve Kaashvi.
Meera asks Arjun that whether he met Kaashvi. Arjun lies to her that he did not meet Kaashvi. He thinks that Meera don’t know her father blackmailed him to marry her.
Pradyumna takes Kaashvi to home. Kaashvi gets happy seeing her family. She tells thanks to Pradyumna for calling her family there. Dadi sees Pradyumna taking care of Kaashvi. She asks Pradyumna and Kaashvi to get married.

Precap – Arjun tells Meera about Kaashvi’s misunderstanding. Meera tells Arjun to tell the truth to Kaashvi. Kaashvi agrees to marry Pradyumna. Romila tells Arjun’s family that Kaashvi is going to marry Pradyumna.
