The episode starts with Kotak saying to Pushpa that the first rule of school is discipline and comments on it. Pushpa says she had some work at her house. Kotak comments on it. Pushpa gives a befitting reply to Kotak saying all the people came here seeing the bus free service offer. Pushpa says she might not have reached here on time but her work speaks volumes.
Kotak talks to all the trustees and he conspires against Pushpa. Kotak says to all the trustees that if they can prove that Nana Vati is unfit to take decisions regarding school. Kotak says if they are able to do it then they can get rid of Pushpa.
Pushpa and Juggal come to talk to NanaVati in the hospital. The doctor comes and says to NanaVati that she found a donor for him and says they called for reports and says they will see if his liver will match him or not. Pushpa says it’s a really good news and comments on it. Nanavati asked Pushpa to first allow the liver to match and comments on it.
Manish comes to Ashwin’s house and meets Kunjbala. Manish talks to Kunjbala and reveals to Kunjbala that he got into an argument with Sonal. Kunjbala hearing it encourages Manish to argue with Sonal even more. Manish asks Kunjbala what does she mean. Kunjbala reminds Manish what he called her here for. Kunjbala says if they are arguments here then Ashwin and Deepti will not have peace and they will realise they made a mistake leaving the Chawl. Manish sees Sonal coming and says to Kunjbala that Sonal gets upset over everything. Sonal overhearing it argues with Manish. Kunjbala warns Sonal not to scold Manish infront of her and comments on it.
Kotak reveals to the trustees that if they reveal to everyone about Nanavati’s condition then they can get what they want. Kotak says if they reveal this news the parents will force Nanavati to resign and appoint a person who is truly capable. The trustees agree to Kotak’s proposal.
Pushpa and Juggal decide to celebrate Aug 15th grandly. Kotak says Pushpa will definitely decide to celebrate Independence Day grandly. Kotak says they will reveal the news about Nanavati’s condition on Independence Day.
Ashwin and Deepti return home. Sonal asks Ashwin and Deepti if she is interfering in their lives. Kunjbala says no one will tell to her face that she is interfering in their lives and comments on it. Kunjbala gets into an argument with Sonal. Swara goes to side and talks to Pushpa over the phone. Swara says she doesn’t like staying here as there are always arguments in between Kunjbala and Sonal. Pushpa asks Swara not to think too much about it and says they are elders. Pushpa comforts Swara. Ashwin and Deepti overhear Swara’s conversation with Pushpa.
Pushpa looks at God. Juggal comes and talks to Pushpa. Dilip comes and sees Pushpa looking disturbed and asks Pushpa what happened. Pushpa says to Dilip about Swara calling her and tells him what happened. Dilip asks Pushpa to go and meet Swara. Pushpa agrees. Dilip says he will also come with her and he leaves with Pushpa.
