The episode starts with Bhishan expressing his opinion about taking money from others for interest. Balwant tries to speak, but he gets distracted by Balwant and his kids. Bhishan tries to ask Balwant what he is going to say, but Baani interferes and makes him leave the house. She also gives an excuse to the family and then follows Balwant outside. Bhishan makes a comment about Balwant. Outside, Balwant realises that Baani has fooled him, so he decides to disclose the truth to the Khanna’s, but Baani pleads with him not to do anything such because of which Poonam may land in trouble. She further tries to convince Balwant, but the latter refuses to listen to her. He further demands that she return his money the next day, and then he leaves from there with his men. Rajat notices Balwant’s men, which he saw the previous day. So he takes Baani with him inside the room.
There, Gaurav informs Shilpa about Baani and Rajat going inside their room, so they decide to witness how they both are falling from the bed. Meanwhile, Rajat inquires with Baani about Balwant’s connection with those men who followed her behind the last night. Baani becomes nervous and speechless by Rajat’s confrontation. She lies to him that Balwant and his men were behind her to collect the interest amount from her, which her parents take a loan from him to send her brother Jerry to Canada. Rajat advises Baani to inform Bhishan about the same so that together they can resolve this issue. He leaves for the office without taking his lunch. Gaurav and Shilpa persuade Rajat to keep the room for him and Baani, but Rajat firmly refuses it. Baani gets sad.
In the kitchen, Poonam and Baani have a conversation about their current situation and Balwant’s ultimatum. Gaurav arrives there. He pleads with Baani to help him arrange 20k. Baani assures him. Poonam prays God to help them. Aastha hears their part of the conversation. She decides to find out what Baani is hiding from them at any cost.
Rajat receives Lavanya’s call, but he thinks it’s Baani, so he says that he will have lunch outside. He realises Lavanya is on the other side. He shares Baani’s act with Lavanya, who asks him not to stress himself. She also persuades Rajat to have lunch with her. Rajat gives into her request. Lavanya gets happy. She purposely gets ready wearing a shawl gifted to her by Rajat.
During lunchtime, Lavanya have a conversation with Rajat about their past relationship. Rajat advises her to move on. Lavanya notices that Baani is in front of her, so she comes out of the car so that Baani can see her, but Rajat handles the situation smartly. He then refuses to meet Lavanya anymore, which upsets Lavanya.
Later, Baani receives Gini’s call, who urges her to meet her in a shop. Baani agrees. She learns about Gini’s theft, so she pays for the jewellery. On their way to home, Baani advises Gini. Meanwhile, Aastha creates a scene, finding an expensive dress of Baani. Baani explains to the family everything. Poonam and others support Baani, which enrages Aastha. After some time, Gini lies to her family that Baani gifted her the jewellery, which upsets Baani.
Precap: Rajat suggests selling the washing machine, but Shilpa refuses also decides to leave the house shocking Baani.
