Episode begins with Kaashvi tells Pradyumna that Swati would have stole her sonography picture because only Swati saw her hiding her sonography picture under the pillow. She says that Swati did not accept her as Pradyumna’s wife yet. She asks him to question Swati. Pradyumna asks her to calm down. He takes her to Swati and asks Swati about sonography picture. Swati claims that she did not take Kaashvi’s sonography picture. Kaashvi check in the room but finds nothing. She wonders who took her sonography picture.
On the other hand, Nitya tells Meera to not do household chores and tell her whatever the latter wants. Meera thinks that Nitya thinks she is pregnant with Arjun’s child. She says that Karun will get excited after hearing this news. Meera tells Nitya to not tell about it to Karun. Arjun tells Nitya that they are waiting for right time to tell about this to Karun. He says that they don’t know how Karun will react so they decided to wait until Janmashtami.
Meanwhile, Kaashvi tells thanks to Pradyumna for taking her to hospital to get sonography picture. They reaches the hospital. Kaashvi fills the form. Pradyumna goes inside to pick a call. Meera comes there and waits to collect her blood report. Pradyumna takes Kaashvi’s sonography picture. He notices Meera’s report. He wonders why Meera wants thalassemia test. He learns from Kaashvi that the latter and Arjun is completely fine.
Later, Kaashvi goes to washroom to vomit. Arjun helps Kaashvi to tie her hair. She tells him to go from there. He asks her to not think about anything ( Title song plays in the background ). She washes her face. He asks her that whether she is feeling better. She nods at him. He tells her that everything will be fine. She tells thanks to him and leaves from there.
Pradyumna comes there to give lunch to Kaashvi. He sees his friend Amit there and gets surprised. Amit tells Pradyumna that the latter did not contact him after Neelam’s death. Kaashvi comes there. Pradyumna introduces Kaashvi to Amit. Then he takes Kaashvi from there.
Arjun overhears their conversation. He wonders why Amit got surprised seeing Kaashvi as Pradyumna’s wife. He asks Amit about Neelam and Pradyumna. Amit tells Arjun that Neelam is dead and he is surprised that Pradyumna moved on because Pradyumna and Neelam loved each other so much.
Arjun goes to Kaashvi and asks whether she know Neelam is dead. He says that Pradyumna lied that he divorced Neelam. Kaashvi tells Arjun that Pradyumna told her everything. She says that Arjun moved on in his life easily so Arjun should not judge Pradyumna. She adds that she don’t want to talk about it to Arjun.
Arjun decides to learn the truth of Neelam’s death. He reaches city hospital and bribes peon to get Neelam’s death certificate. He finds Neelam’s death certificate. He learns that Neelam’s cause of death is unknown. In the school, Kaashvi sees Karun hiding from him. Arjun sees Kaashvi.
