The episode starts with the doctor who can’t assure when Subhan will get back his sense. The doctor declares that Subhan is critical. Dua becomes more tensed and concerned about Subhan. The doctor tries his best to save the life of the patient. But Hamida smells something fishy in the behaviour of Mannat when she is about to leave the hospital. But to make everyone surprised, Mannat starts praying to her God for saving the life of Subhan.
Other members of the family also pray to God for His blessings. Mannat purposefully wants to create a self image so that Kaynat will except Mannat as her daughter in law. Gulnaaz and Nigar pour the poison in the ears of Dua comparing Mannat with Ibaadat. In spite of being the wife of Subhan, Ibaadat has not arrived in the hospital yet but Mannat has been praying for the life of Subhan which is very rare.
When the nurse comes out of the operation room, she is asked about the present condition of Subhan. The nurse assures that Subhan is doing well and he has been responding to the medication. Gulnaz highlights the effects of the prayer of Mannat, she tries to prove that the well wishing of Mannat is creating a magic. Suddenly Ibaadat comes there. Everyone of the family asks her the same question where she was. Ibaadat can’t say the truth and lies that she went to file a police complain. Ibaadat asks Hamida about Shubhan’s present condition.
The doctor comes out and says Subhan has got back his sense. Everyone of the family comes into the cabin of Subhan. Ibaadat becomes emotional getting back her husband but Subhan doesn’t seem satisfied getting the touch of Ibaadat. He asks his wife to stay from him. Kayanat and Hafeez also show their affection to their son who has been struggling with his life. Dua thanks to the almighty for saving the life of Subhan. He was verge of the death but only with the blessings of Allah, Subhan is out of the danger.
When Dua thanks to Ibaadat for saving the life of Subhan, surprisingly Subhan says he was saved by Ibaadat dat only. Mannat wanted to take the credit. Ibadat thanks to Sufi and Armaan also for helping them for rescuing Subhan. But Subhan reminds the every words of Farhan who lied about Mannat. One by one everyone leaves the cabin. When Mannat is about leave the cabin at the last, Subhan holds her hand and expresses his gratitude to Mannat. He wants to be with Mannat for sometime. Outside of the hospital, Gulnaaz and Nigar ploy to oust Ibaadat from the family.
