The episode starts with Koel questioning Vedika. Vedika tells her that she is here to fulfil her responsibility as a daughter. She reminds Saraswati about her words to immerse Gautam’s ashes once both her daughters return. Saraswati asks Vedika to leave from there. Vedika requests Saraswati not to go against her own wish. Koel argues with Vedika, saying that she is the real Jahnvi. Vedika asks Koel to stop her acting. Koel says that her tears are real. She also asks Vedika not to interfere in her family matters. Vedika asks Koel to have some shame for fooling everyone, and she is also disrespectful to a dead person. Saraswati pleads Gautam to help her choose the right decision. Koel takes Saraswati by her side to immerse Gautam’s ashes, but Koel stumbles. Vedika saves Gautam’s ashes from falling to the ground. Saraswati decides to wait until her daughter Yamini returns by giving into Vedika’s request. She also asks Vedika not to call her maa, and then she leaves. Koel gets upset.
Later, Mayuri questions Saraswati for not immersing Gautam’s ashes under Vedika’s influence. Saraswati explains to her that she decides to fulfil the promise that she made it to Gautam. Just then, one of the workers arrives there with a box full of laddus. He insists Koel take it, but Mayuri shouts at him. Koel tries to calm her down. Sagar arrives there. He informs them that he is the one who brought the laddus to celebrate Jahnvi’s return and lighten up their mood as they all are under stress. Mayuri asks Sagar whether he decides to marry Koel, which the latter firmly denies. Vedika sees everything from outside, and then she enters the house, shocking everyone.
Both Koel and Sagar questions Vedika. Vedika asks Koel to stop pretending as Jahnvi. Then, she informs everyone that she is here to take back her file. She thinks in her mind that she made the mistake of leaving that important file in this house. Sagar insists the worker not to serve the laddus to Vedika because she isn’t a family member, which makes Koel happy. Vedika goes from there while Saraswati feeds Laddu to Koel, who praises her. Vedika gets emotional watching them from a distance. Sagar thinks in his mind that this laddu is going to help him expose Koel’s real identity to everyone, and Rajeshwari will stop persuading to marry her.
Koel suffers from allergic reaction shocking everyone. Sagar takes Koel to her room. Saraswati blames herself. Vedika saves Koel’s life by injecting her anti allergic injection. Sagar feels guilty about his actions. Saraswati and Subhadra have a conversation about Jahnvi and Yamini’s allergic reaction. Vedika tells even if she has the same allergy reaction.
Later, Vedika confronts Sagar. She lashes out at him for his act. Sagar defends himself. He also regrets his behaviour. Saraswati and Mayuri shout at Sagar. Sagar tries to speak with Saraswati, but the latter refuses to hear him out. After some time, Sagar takes care of Koel, which makes the latter happy. Rajeshwari shouts at Sagar, too. She then shares with Digvijay about her decision of forcing Sagar to marry Koel to put an end to Vedika’s chapter. Vedika arrives there, shocking both Rajeshwari and Digvijay.
