Episode begins with Mahima says that men should make baby doll get ready. Meera wonders where is Arjun. Arjun comes there. Neelam gives water bucket to everyone. Arjun sees Neelam’s face. He realises that Neelam is alive and Pradyumna tricked him. Neelam notices Arjun and escapes from there. Arjun wonders where Neelam went. He thinks that Pradyumna will go to meet Neelam for sure.
Next day, Pradyumna thinks that he should go to meet Neelam. Kaashvi comes there and calls Pradyumna. Pradyumna is about to fall down but Kaashvi saves him. Swati gets angry seeing them. Pradyumna leaves from there. Arjun waits for Pradyumna outside. He decides to follow Pradyumna to know where is Neelam.
Pradyumna reaches commercial complex. Arjun thinks that Pradyumna came for meeting and waits outside. He picks Ronak’s call and leaves from there. He thinks that he will find Neelam for sure.
Later, Pradyumna meets Swati and calls her as mother in law. He asks her that why she called him. Swati tells him that she is noticing how he is behaving with Kaashvi. She says that she is supporting Pradyumna for Neelam’s sake and she is helping Kaashvi for baby’s sake. He scolds her for misunderstanding him. He says that he is interested in Kaashvi’s baby not Kaashvi. He asks her to stop suspecting him because he is doing all this due to his love for Kaashvi. They goes inside and gets shocked seeing Neelam unconscious. Swati says that Neelam cut her wrist so they should admit Neelam in the hospital.
Dadi and Romila takes Kaashvi to jewelry shop to buy jewel for Kaashvi. Nitya brings Meera there to gift her jewel. Romila and Nitya likes same design necklace. They gets into an argument. Kaashvi tells Romila that they will buy something else. Romila tells Kaashvi that she choosed this necklace first. Kaashvi tells Romila that she don’t like that necklace. Meera tells Nitya that she will buy something else because she also did not like that necklace.
Meera and Kaashvi helps each other to select necklace. Romila notices this. She asks Kaashvi that why the latter is treating Meera like friend. Kaashvi tells Romila that Meera is giving mother love to Karun. She says that she can’t get angry at Meera when Meera takes care of Karun well. She adds that everything is destiny mistake so she can’t blame Meera in this.
Pradyumna tells Neelam that he won’t let anything happen to her. He scolds Swati for telling Neelam about him and Kaashvi. He reaches the clinic and meets doctor. He tells doctor about Neelam. Doctor tells him arrange blood for Neelam. She orders Nurse to bring Neelam inside. Pradyumna goes to arrange blood for Neelam. Kaashvi sees Swati outside the hospital. She goes to Swati and asks what happened. Swati gets shocked seeing Kaashvi there.
