Episode starts with Ibaadat dat who still feels disturbed for the cruel words of her husband. Sitting down in her own room, she cries a lot, Mannat comes with a glass of water and fakes out to be empathetic to her sister. She expresses her grief to Mannat since Mannat has misunderstood her for no reason. Mannat promises that everything will be sorted within a few days.
When Gulnaz was dressing her hair suddenly Hamida comes into her room like a storm and drags her holding the hair. Without saying a word, Hamida at first locks the door and starts beating ghazal like a beast. Hamida confronts Gulnaz why did she tell the history of Ibaadat to Mannat. Still Gulnaz doesn’t say anything to Hamida. She forces Gulnaz to tell out the truth, but she doesn’t utter the truth. Gulnaaz says everyone knows the history of Ghazal, anyone has told Ibaadat about that. Being angry, Hamida leaves the room. Gulnaaz waits for the poor condition of Kayanat.
Mannat tells hot plan to Nigar who has been helping her to prosecute the whole conspiracy. Mannat has been waiting to put her last move to try Ibaadat. Nigar appreciates the intelligence of Mannat.
Again, Hamida comes into the room of Kayanat, and confronts her why did she tell the truth of Ghazal to Mannat. But Kayanat doesn’t accept that she exposed the truth. To slap her, Hamida raises her hand but Mannat immediately holds her hand to stop Hamida. When Hamida scolds Mannat for her heinous thoughts, Mannat clearly say she couldn’t do anything to them. She will protect Kaynat who is the would be mother in law of herself.
Hamida becomes shocked to foresee the consequences of her significant words. Hamida warns them she will tell the conspiraces of Mannat to Dua. But Mannat threats her that she will also expose the history of Ghazal to Dua, which shock might injure the heart of Dua. Ibadat will also be affected if Dua will fall sick. Failed to do anything for Ibaadat, Hamida curses them both. To make her jealous, Kaynat accepts Mannat as her daughter in law giving her to bangles.
Hafeez brings in the hospital to treat the injury of Sufi. Kashif the lady doctor, is called to treat the injury of Sufi. At first she doesn’t believe that the injury is real. When Hafeez anticipates that Sufi has not been acting or pretending. Believing the words of that elderly person, Kashif starts his treatment. When Sufi requests Hafeez to stand outside since he has been feeling ashamed infront of him. Hafeez feels perplexed when Kashif gives Sufi an injection.
