The episode starts with Deepika bring her father to the hospital. Deepika tells the doctor to treat her father immediately because she thinks that her father has a heart attack. Deepika try to contact Chirag and her father but they both are not reachable. Deepika asks Saware to help her and Chirag runs to her. Chirag assures Deepika that his father will be fine. Chirag asks the doctor about the progress of the treatment. The doctor tells Chirag that they had started the treatment but there is no doctor for the angioplasty. Chirag tells the doctor that he will do the angioplasty. Chirag calls his friend and asks for permission. Chirag gets the permission and Dr Arora comes to help him. Chirag tells Dr Arora that the patient is his father. Payal comes to meet Deepika and she assures her that Chirag will treat her father. Deepika learns from Payal that Prithvi informs Chirag. Deepika wants to thank Prithvi. Sobha comes to the hospital and starts shouting at Deepika. Payal tells Sobha that Deepika is not responsible for anything but Sobha blames Deepika for every destruction in her and Janvi’s life. Sobha holds Deepika’s neck and she tries to kill her but Chirag saves Deepika. Chirag tells Sobha that he had warned her that she will not touch his wife. Sobha tells Chirag that she is not scared of him and whatever he can do just does it.
Omkar comes home and interrupts the cocktail party of Lavanya. Omkar tells Lavanya that he wants to talk to her urgently. Lavanya tells Omkar that how can he tell her friends to go. Omkar tells Lavanya that she can’t do this to Deepika and her father. Omkar tells Lavanya that it’s very bad because of her cruelty Yashwant got a heart attack and she gets no help from his family. Lavanya takes her laptop and leaves for the office. Omkar leaves to meet Yashwant.
Sobha starts taunting Chirag that he is useless and he can’t do anything. Deepika tells Sobha that she can’t say anything to her husband and if she starts talking about her then she will be called shameless. Deepika tells Sobha that she doesn’t want to listen to anything bad about her husband . Sobha goes speechless and she sits down. Deepika tells Chirag that she wants her mother to meet her father. Chirag tells Deepika that her father is fine and he is in the ICU. Deepika thanks Thakur ji for saving her father. Chirag tells Deepika that Sobha was right that he can’t do anything for her. Deepika tells Chirag that she is very happy with Prithvi. Chirag tells Deepika that Prithvi is her dever and he is like her brother. Deepika and Chirag meet Yashwant. Deepika tells Yashwant . Deepika tells Yashwant that she is very thankful to Saware for saving her father. Yashwant tells Deepika that everything his children have done and she is giving credit to Saware. Chirag tells Yashwant that he will listen to him. Yashwant tells Chirag that he is his son and he assures Chirag that he will take care of him. Chirag approaches Yashwant for valve replacement. Deepika tells Chirag that she will take care of her father. Payal tells Chirag to shift in her house but Chirag tells Payal that he will shift to a hotel. Omkar tells Payal that his children will not stay in the hotel. Deepika takes the blessings of Omkar and he gives the blessings to her. Omkar tells Deepika that he is giving a bungalow to her where no one will irritate her and she can her father anytime. Omkar tells Deepika that he is worried because he is seeing his family getting separated. Omkar tells Deepika to take care of each other.
