The episode starts with Aksath telling Yash that he failed to drug Isha and admitting how much he loves her. He says he has lost Isha forever because he is a Talwar. Yash apologizes for his heartbreak and asks Aksath to come home soon before ending the call. He then sees Neil’s name on a piece of paper and wonders what connection Neil has with him.
On the way, Yuvika advises Isha to forget the betrayal and suggests they use DJ against the Talwars. She assures Isha that DJ won’t go against them while his police cases are ongoing. Yuvika expresses how much Isha means to her, and Isha hugs her, revealing that Aksath played with her feelings and made her feel foolish. Yuvika urges Isha to move past Aksath’s betrayal and vows to take revenge on Yash for hurting Isha.
DJ learns about Yash’s details from his men and instructs them to find out all the details of Yash’s surgery. He believes that twists are good for a satisfying ending.
Yuvika and Isha return home. Isha hugs Bhoomi and tries to talk to her. Bhoomi advises Isha to forget everything as if it were a bad dream. Isha questions why this happened to her and explains how Akshat deceived her with his care. Yuvika reassures Isha that it is not her fault and encourages her to move on by correcting her mistakes. Isha agrees and apologizes to Yuvika for her previous behavior, assuring her that she will always support her. She tells Bhoomi that she wants to rest, and Bhoomi agrees. Yuvika tells Isha not to feel alone, as she will always be there for her. They share a group hug with Bhoomi.
Yash asks Aksath if he has fallen in love with Isha. Aksath admits that he fell for Isha without realizing it. Yash consoles him and suggests that they can find another solution. He questions why he is helping Yuvika.

Yuvika goes to Isha’s room and finds her asleep. She tells Bhoomi that Aksath is Yash’s brother and that they need to help Isha navigate this difficult time. Bhoomi agrees and advises Yuvika to take care of herself. Later, Yuvika receives a call from an unknown number, but no one speaks.
Yash visits Neil’s place and sees Neil’s photos. He suspects Neil might be his donor as his heartbeat increases. Yash wonders why he feels he knows Neil and is shocked to see a photo of Neil with Yuvika. He recalls his moments with Yuvika and realizes why his heart is not listening to him and is trying to protect her.
Yuvika receives another call from an unknown number. When she answers, the caller tells her to go to the hospital and check Neil’s postmortem report to uncover a dark secret. The caller then hangs up. Yuvika decides to investigate the postmortem report.
Siya enters Aksath’s room and is shocked to see his broken stake. Yuvika arrives at the hospital and asks the receptionist for Neil’s postmortem report. The receptionist asks a nurse to get the report copy. The nurse steps aside to inform her boss about Yuvika’s request. Meanwhile, Yash finds Neil’s diary and thinks it might help him understand more about Neil.
