The episode begins with Virat, in an intoxicated state, dreaming of Amruta beside him while seeing Priyanka. Virat notices Babita is also present for his marriage to Amruta.
Virat tells Babita that Amruta is truly wonderful, remarking that she is nothing like Priyanka. Babita acknowledges this. Virat then asks Babita if she has any objections to his marrying Amruta, to which Babita responds that she doesn’t. Virat expresses his delight, calling it a great dream and hoping it never ends. Priyanka overhears this and feels hurt, but Babita advises her to stay calm.
Meanwhile, Amruta notices that they have arrived in Alibagh. Dildar, Anjali, Nimrit, Shekar, and Amruta get out of the van.
Virat struggles to perform a ritual, and Babita tries to assist him, but Virat insists that Amruta will help. Ishika suggests to Priyanka that she should step in to help Virat and ignore his comments about Amruta. Reluctantly, Priyanka agrees and assists him.
The Pandit then asks Virat to prepare for the phere (ritual marriage rounds). Virat, lost in his daydream, imagines taking the phere and exchanging vows with Amruta. The Pandit brings Virat back to reality, reminding him that it’s time to take the phere and asking where his mind had wandered.
Elsewhere, Shekar tells Dildar that this villa is the one Babita wanted to purchase. Dildar replies that he advised her against it, but it seems Babita went ahead and bought the property anyway. Amruta and the others enter the villa, searching for Virat.
The Pandit asks Babita to tie the gathbandhan (sacred knot), and she complies. As Priyanka and Virat prepare to take the phere, Amruta arrives with Virat’s family. Babita slips away before anyone notices her. Amruta angrily confronts Priyanka, and Virat rushes to Amruta, asking if she came. Amruta refuses to speak to him and threatens to have him jailed for marrying someone else without divorcing her, which she points out is a crime. Virat denies committing any crime, claiming that since he is marrying her, she would have to go to jail too. Confused, he asks when she changed her clothes. Shekar asks Virat if he’s okay, and Virat insists he is. He then demands to know why Amruta signed the annulment papers without speaking to him, to which Amruta retorts by asking why he didn’t talk to her first. Ishika orders the guards to remove everyone, and they restrain Dildar, Shekar, and Nimrit. Meanwhile, Ishika holds Amruta back.
Priyanka forcefully tries to marry Virat, but Amruta breaks free from Ishika’s grip. She pushes Priyanka aside and rushes to Virat, splashing water on his face. Virat regains his senses and, seeing sindoor (vermilion) on his finger, instinctively applies it to Amruta’s maang (hairline). Amruta is overjoyed. Priyanka protests, claiming that Virat is supposed to marry her, but the Pandit informs her that since the
phere were not completed, they are not married. Furious, Priyanka tells the Pandit to be quiet. Meanwhile, Dildar and Nimrit escape from Priyanka’s men by overpowering them.
Virat falls unconscious. Dildar and others go to Virat. Amruta confronts Priyanka, asking what she did to Virat. Priyanka and Ishika dismiss the accusations, instead blaming Amruta and threatening to call the police. Amruta encourages them to do so, confident that the truth will come out. Ishika taunts Amruta, reminding her that she signed the annulment papers. In response, Amruta burns the annulment papers using a diya (lamp), symbolizing her trust in Virat. She then tells Priyanka that her plan to marry Virat has failed. Shocked, Priyanka stands speechless.
