The episode starts with Moksh confronting Shalaka after seeing her true form and questioning her identity. Shalaka attacks him in response, saying he made a mistake by seeing her real self. She hypnotizes him and erases his memory, leaving him standing like a statue. Nishiganda realizes that Shalaka has become a witch and concludes that Deeya is not a rebirth of her. Vishdhar adds that only their faces match. Nishiganda confronts Shalaka, who reveals that she became a Suhagan Chudail by taking her jewelry from Mahasur. Shalaka taunts Nishiganda, stating she will sacrifice Moksh to complete her 16th Sringar and challenges Nishiganda to try to save him. She then ties Nishiganda to a pillar and disappears with Moksh.
When Shalaka arrives with Moksh, his family is shocked to see her true form. Shalaka tells them to see their son one last time as today is his final day. Moksh’s father tries to intervene by throwing Gangajal, but Shalaka attacks him with a knife and vanishes.
Shalaka uses her power to prevent anyone from entering the area. Nishiganda creates a red moon night to sacrifice Moksh’s life for gaining powers.
Nishiganda attempts to enter Mahasur’s place but is stopped by demons. Just then, a force destroys the demons, and Deeya appears before Nishiganda. Nishiganda calls out to Deeya, who says she must come when her love is in danger. Nishiganda apologizes to Deeya, who reveals that Moksh loves her in this life too. Deeya and Nishiganda unite to save Moksh and proceed inside.
Nishiganda and Deeya find Shalaka hypnotizing Moksh and intervene to stop her from killing him. Mahasur asks Deeya why she has come. Deeya responds that she came to save her Suhagan. Deeya and Nishiganda awaken Moksh’s inner powers, causing him to wake up. Mahasur and Shalaka begin attacking them, but Deeya protects them with her pure powers. Mahasur notices a star sign and tells Deeya it is time for her to leave.
Moksh sees Deeya and calls her name. Deeya departs. Shalaka binds Nishiganda and attempts to drain Moksh’s blood but finds it is impure. Shalaka inquires about this, and Nishiganda reveals it is because of their suhagrat. Enraged, Shalaka vows to kill them. Moksh transfers his powers to Nishiganda, which attacks Shalaka. Nishiganda becomes a Suhagan Chudail again, and Shalaka loses her power. With her Goddess and Suhagan Chudail powers, Nishiganda kills Mahasur. She informs Moksh that both enemies are defeated and everything is fine.
Shalaka awakens and declares she will not let them unite, threatening to take Moksh’s soul to Naaglok. She attacks him, invoking Kaali Shaktiya to bring him to Naaglok. As Shalaka’s soul departs, Moksh tells Nishiganda he cannot let her plans succeed. He makes Nishiganda stab him, taking his last breath. Nishiganda gains her 16th Sringar, and Vishdhar tells her she has become the most powerful witch in the world. She then feels a sensation in her stomach and realizes she is carrying Moksh’s child. Vishdhar contemplates how to tell her that the child might be a Shaitan.
Years later, Nishiganda is seen with a girl, and the show ends on an open note, indicating that the story will continue.
