Episode starts with Yuvika looking for Bhanu as soon as she reads the forensic report. Bhanu tells Vidur that even he misses Neil a lot since he was their own child only. Yuvika sees them talking and decides not to tell them anything now and to bother them. Isha stops her and asks what she was doing with Yash Talwar. She keeps on thinking about the forensic report and looks lost. She tells Isha that she will talk to her the next day.
Yuvika sits with Neil’s photo alone looking tense and disturbed. She recalls the moments when she and Neil were together previously and the moment she saw Neil for the last time. She wonders what’s all this that’s happening and why was his heart not there when he died. She cries sitting alone and asks Neil where his heart is. She realises that she doesn’t even know the real reason behind his death. Yash wakes up in the middle of the night with a jolt and recalls the moment when Vidur told him that they didn’t donate any organs of Neil. He realises that Vidur won’t lie to him and something is wrong. Both Yuvika and Yash decide to find the truth for sure.
Next morning, Yash feels it difficult to concentrate in his daily meditation since he keeps on thinking about Yuvika. He shouts being annoyed so Aksath comes and asks him what’s wrong. He notices the bruises on Yash’s hand and asks what’s all this. He says that’s just a little scratch and he got them in the office. He asks Yash what he had been doing with Yuvika the previous night. Yash gets a call from his detective who tells him that Vidur really doesn’t know about Neil’s organ donation. He asks the detective to find every possible detail about this. Dj comes to Yuvika’s room to find out if she knows that he is the one who kidnapped Yash. He sees Yuvika’s laptop kept on the table and opens it to check what she has been upto.
Yuvika enters and says that his habit of entering someone’s room without permission hasn’t changed. He says that he just came to check on her since he feels like maybe she is being soft with Yash Talwar. Yuvika says that she never keeps it personal with anyone but she also knows that he didn’t come here to get this information but something else . Yuvika asks Dj to meet the investor’s for the meeting since she is busy. He thinks that this game is going to change soon.
Yuvika talks to the Dean of the city hospital over the phone who seems to be very busy and doesn’t have time to give her an appointment. She asks him why she was given a fake post mortem report and she has proof about it. She tells the Dean that she does have an original copy of the report and also tells him the entire story of Neil. She says she will reach the hospital now and he has to tell her the truth now. Yuvika says if she is determined to find the truth she will do it by hook or crook no matter what and will involve the police first. The man gets up and burns a paper immediately saying she can’t let Yuvika speak up about this.
He calls someone and talks about Yuvika. Isha calls Yuvika when she leaves the house but she doesn’t reply and leaves. Isha wonders what’s wrong with her. Yash wonders what he is supposed to do regarding this issue and whom to ask. He decides to find the truth the other way. She reaches the Dean’s office where Dr Sinha sits with his back towards Yuvika. She asks him why he didn’t report the truth to the victims family. She says that if he doesn’t answer her questions today she will get this hospital closed and get him arrested. The man still doesn’t turn around and speak. So she goes near the man and turns him around. Turns out the man is already dead. Episode ends.
