The episode starts with Jagriti looking at the stars and feeling as if she is talking to her mother. Jagriti complains to her mother that Nanda has locked her in for releasing the birds. Jagriti worries about Harish as she is locked in the cage and doesn’t know how to earn ₹100.
Bindi tries to bring food to Jagriti, but Mangala stops her. Mangala says that Jagriti needs to learn not to go against Durjan and Nanda. Bindi pleads with Mangala to let her take food to Jagriti, but Mangala refuses. Mangala says all of this is happening because Jagriti is not a Chitta, and if Bindi had raised her properly, they wouldn’t be in this trouble.
Jagriti feels chills from the cold weather. She sees a snake and gets scared. Kachori sends the snake away and brings food for Jagriti. Jagriti thanks Kachori for saving her from the snake.
Kachori’s brother stops Kachori from giving food to Jagriti and takes her away. Bindi tries to give Jagriti a blanket, but Mangala doesn’t allow it and takes her away.
Kachori’s brother comes and shows Jagriti that they have caught a rabbit, telling her they are going to eat it and that she won’t be able to stop them.
The next day, Jagriti sees the birds near her. She makes a sound and guides all the birds into a cage. Jagriti apologizes to the birds for putting them in the cage. She says she has realized something today: in order to save others, she needs to get out of this cage. Jagriti promises the birds that one day, she will free all of them, but first, she needs to earn money and stop the Chitta people from hunting animals in the jungle.
The Chitta people see all the birds in the cage and announce that Jagriti has completed Nanda’s challenge. They request Nanda to open the cage. Durjan asks Nanda to release Jagriti, as she has fulfilled the challenge by capturing all the birds. Nanda allows Jagriti out of the cage. Jagriti tells the birds that one day, she will set them all free.
Later, Jagriti talks to her father, Harish. Harish asks Jagriti how she escaped from the cage. Jagriti says she listened to Nanda and captured the birds.
