The episode starts with Lavanya telling everyone that Deepika can be beautiful with the help of her beauty product. Neelima tells Chirag to come fast. Chirag tells his nurse to open the gate. Omkar tells Ashu that this is not done and he is not happy with Lavanya. Deepika walks away. Saloni tries to stop. Chirag arrives and he learns from Neelima that Deepika is very upset. Sobha gets angry at Janvi for playing with Prithvi’s life . Janvi tells Sobha that she has no option left. Sobha is worried because she wants Prithvi to survive. Janvi has taken revenge.
Deepika walks to her room crying and she about Lavanya’s insult to her mother. Deepika gets a call from Chirag and she stops crying. Deepika goes to meet Chirag and she comes to check Prithvi in his room. Deepika gets shocked to see that Prithvi is lying on the bed and his hand is bleeding . Deepika learns that Prithvi’s nerve is slow and his blood is continuously flowing. Chirag wants to talk to his mother. Deepika rushes to the kitchen to take remedy to stop the blood. Lavanya decides to teach a lesson to Deepika but Omkar takes her away to talk to her. Chirag searches for Deepika everywhere.
Deepika is trying to help Prithvi. Omkar tells Lavanya that he is very disappointed with her and she has disrespected her own Bahu. Lavanya tells Omkar that she didn’t do anything but Omkar tells her that he will not listen to her. Lavanya tells Omkar that she is helpless and her own son doesn’t understand her. Lavanya tells Omkar that she will talk to her later . Deepika calls Chirag and Chirag is shocked to see Prithvi.
Janvi starts rehearsing but she is unable to do so. Chirag lifts up Prithvi with Deepika to the hospital . Janvi sees Chirag and Deepika taking Prithvi to the hospital. Janvi gets worried because Prithvi will tell the whole truth to everyone but she is relaxed because Mrs Mittal is not with them. Janvi rushed to inform Lavanya. Everyone asks for Prithvi at the party. Janvi tells Lavanya to save Prithvi because he was telling her that he will commit suicide. Lavanya and rush to see Prithvi. Everyone is shocked to see the blood in the room.
