Episode starts with Yuvika turning the chair of Dr Sinha around and finding him dead. Yash tells Amarjeet that he needs the heart transplant papers for the insurance work. Amarjeet wonders how he would give Yash the document since the process was illegal including the documents. He says to Yash that he will handle the insurance issue so he must not worry. Yash says he will talk to Kapadia and ask for the papers. Amarjeet calls Kapadia and says that he must plan what he will tell Yash since he will be meeting him for the transplant documents but Kapadia says he can’t help him in this.
Dj attends the office meeting from home when Gargi comes and tells him that she feels so good seeing him work like this. She asks him if he could figure out the missing link between Yash, Neil and Yuvika. He says he did and then tells Gargi about it. She asks what he is going to do with this information. Dj asks Gargi to wait and watch. Yuvika somehow leaves the office and asks everyone screaming at what happened to Dr.Sinha. She realises that something wrong must have surely happened with Neil. She prays to Lord Ganesha and asks why he let Neil go through this and cries.
Akshat comes to meet Isha in a restaurant. He also brings a gift with him and apologizes to Isha for his previous action. But Isha’s heart doesn’t melt with the words of Akshat. She says it’s not very easy to forget someone who has already broken the heart. But Akshat is ready to do anything to get that the trust of Isha. He wants to make her realise that he has completely changed. But it’s not easy for her to trust him again. In the heart of her, Akshat promises that he won’t heart her anymore.
Yuvika still can’t believe that the heart of Neel was stolen before his crimation. She recalls how she used to love the peaceful heartbeat of her fiance. Being devastated, Yuvika slowly walks on the road. A crooked follows her path to kill Yuvika so that she cannot disclose this news to anyone otherwise their business will be exposed to the media. As soon as that man proceeds to kill the girl, Yash comes there and saves the life of Yuvika unknowingly. Yuvika falls upon the body of Yash. Closing her eyes, Yuvika tightly hugs Yash Talwar assuming he is hugging Neel. She becomes totally shocked when she opens her eyes
Dj and Gargi discuss their next plan. He intentionally wants to expose this news to Yuvika that Yash has transplanted his own heart with Neel. After knowing this truth, Yuvika will get ready to take revenge upon Yash Talwar. So it will be easy for him to get the chair of Mahajan company.
