Episode begins with Megha telling Arjun that the first aid box is empty, so they should go to the hospital. Arjun asks Megha to bring an alcohol bottle from the table. Megha gives an alcohol bottle to Arjun. Arjun pours alcohol on his injury. He tells her to tie his injury with cloth. She ties it and asks him what she should do now. He tells her to try the alcohol because it smells good. She gets emotional and asks him why he is doing all this. He tells her that they have to wait there until police officers leave from there. She tells him that he got shot and is trying to become a hero. He tries to make her laugh but fails.
 
He notices her injury and says that he will apply ointment to it. She asks him whether he is mad because he doesn’t care about his injury but is worried about her scratch. He tells her that he is fine and stands up. He finds ointment and gives it to her. She tries to apply ointment but fails. He tells her that he will help her. She tells him that he is injured badly. He tells her that he knows his injury is serious. He says that he needs her help; that’s why he is helping her. And he applies ointment to her injury. They share an eyelock. 
 
Then Megha goes aside and gets changed. He recalls the moments he spent with her. She gives food to him, and she also eats it. She praises the taste of the food. She recalls the moments she spent with Arjun. She gets scared seeing the rat and hugs him in fear. He asks her what happened. She shows rat to him. He laughs. 
 
Meanwhile, the police officer tells his team that Megha and her accomplice must be in the cottage. They move towards the cottage. 
 
Arjun loses his consciousness. Megha gets shocked seeing this. He regains his consciousness slightly. She tells him that she can’t put his life in danger to save her life. He tells her that she can win the fight by staying out of jail only. He says that Manoj can’t win. He asks her to remember what all Manoj did. He adds that Megha, Sonam, and Jassi are important. He faints. She screams. 
 
Arjun wakes up in the hospital. Shalini asks Arjun whether he is fine. He asks her, Where is Megha? She tells him that Megha brought him there. He asks her about Megha. She tells him that police arrested Megha. She gives Megha’s letter to Arjun. He reads the letter. 
 
Shalini tells Arjun that Megha chose Arjun over her freedom. He asks her when Megha’s hearing is. She tells him that Megha admitted him three days ago. She says that today is Megha’s hearing day. He scolds her for not going to the court. He tries to leave, but the police officer stops the former. She tells him that police know he helped Megha escape from jail so he can’t go anywhere. She says that Georgia police will handover Arjun to Indian police. 
 
In the court, Manoj tauntingly asks Megha where Arjun is. He says that from now on, Megha won’t question him for anything. Megha throws glass on his face.
