The episode starts with Lavanya and everyone rushing to see Prithvi. Everyone is shocked to see the bloodshed of Prithvi. Ashu gets a call from Deepika and she informs Lavanya that Prithvi is in ICU. Deepika tells Ashu that Prithvi has cut his nerves and she calls everyone to the hospital.
Sobha is worried about Janvi and she is scared of Mrs Mittal sending Janvi to jail.
Chirag sits in front of Prithvi and he is crying for his brother. Deepika tries to console Chirag and Chirag tells Deepika that his brother doesn’t do anything without his permission. Deepika tells Chirag that everything will be fine soon and they should stay happy after he opens his eyes. Chirag tells Deepika that he will fulfill every wish of Prithvi. Omkar and everyone rushed to see Prithvi and Omkar panic when he heard that Prithvi was still unconscious.
Lavanya wants to meet Prithvi but the doctor stops her entering the icu. Deepika tells the doctor that he can’t stop a mother from meeting her son. Lavanya tells the Doctor that no one can stop her. The nurse informs Chirag that Prithvi has gained consciousness. Lavanya starts crying to see Prithvi in this condition. Prithvi starts murmuring that no one stops Janvi to be with him. Janvi is scared of Prithvi tells his mother that Janvi has given him the idea to sucide and she also enters to meet Prithvi. Prithvi tells Janvi that he is very happy to see her alive. Janvi tells Prithvi that he will not say anything to his mother. Lavanya wants to know from Prithvi what was Janvi telling him to do and Lavanya gets angry on Janvi because she always knew about his sucide. Janvi tells Lavanya that it’s all her fault and she gets a call from Prithvi that he will suicide. Janvi starts crying and grabs everyone’s attention. Lavanya tells Prithvi why he gets defeated easily.
Chirag tells Prithvi that he is very selfish and why he didn’t think about them before taking any steps. Everyone tells Prithvi that cowardly choose the way to sucide. Janvi starts more drama after she sees Janvi crying outside. Deepika tells Janvi that she doesn’t want to hear from her that she wants to die. Janvi tells Deepika that she can’t live without Prithvi and she wants to die. Deepika calms down Janvi and she promises to convince everyone for her. Deepika promised to help her sister. Chirag stops Deepika for doing so but Deepika is determined that she will not see her sister in pain.
Ashu tells Prithvi that they are very afraid to see his condition. Deepika makes a request to Lavanya to accept Prithvi and Janvi’s love. Payal and Saloni also requested Lavanya. Chirag tells his mother to accept Prithvi’s wish.
