The episode starts with Rajiv asking Kavya why is she defending Adi even now. Rajiv reminds Kavya what Adi has done with her and asks Kavya if she wants to forgive Adi and go back to him. Kavya says no and leaves from there.
Adi asks Giriraj from when did he know about Seema. Giriraj from 15 to 16 years. Adi asks Giriraj if he partnered up with Seema. Giriraj says yes. Giriraj says he partnered up with Seema on some projects. Adi asks Giriraj if he partnered up with Seema in the fake medicine factory. Adi asks Giriraj to tell him the truth. Giriraj swears on Malini and says to Adi that he doesn’t have any part in fake medicines. Adi apologises to Giriraj for suspecting him and hugs him.
Mayank asks Kavya to come and play a game with him. Mayank says to Kavya that he needs to say the word that comes to her mind when he says a word. Kavya agrees. Vicky starts playing the game and in the middle he takes Adi’s name. Kavya says love without thinking. Mayank says to Kavya that it means she still loves Adi. Kavya says to Mayank that she always loves Adi but he is the one who suspected her. Kavya says to Mayank that she was never able to hate Adi. Mayank says to Adi that she is also never able to hate Adi. Mayank asks Kavya to get together with Adi if she is able to forgive him. Kavya thinks about Adi.
The next day, Kavya says to Vicky that she has decided to go to Babuwa village to investigate about the fake medicine and she is going there without any security so that no one will know that she is going to Babuwa village. Vicky says to Kavya that it might be dangerous and says he will come with her. Kavya says then his candidacy will be trouble and says she will go alone. Vicky calls Adi and informs Adi that Kavya is going to Babuwa village to investigate about the fake medicines alone. Adi thanks Vicky for the information and cuts the call.
Anjali comes to Vicky’s house to talk to him. Anjali pleads Vicky to leave Kavya’s life and says Adi is Kavya’s true love. Vicky asks Anjali not to worry about it and says he also wants Adi and Kavya to be together. Vicky says to Anjali that he joined hands with Adi. Anjali asks Vicky if it is true. Vicky says yes. Anjali praises Vicky hearing it and thanks him. Anjali later leaves from there.
Kavya gets into an auto to leave to Babuwa village. The auto driver is shown to be none other than Adi in disguise.
Giriraj learns from the peon that Kavya has gone home as she is not feeling well. Giriraj calls Anjali and learns that Kavya has gone to office. Giriraj understands Kavya is upto something.
Adi drops Kavya at the hospital. Kavya runs into a girl. Kavya asks the girl who is she. The girl says her mother used to work here as she used to put stickers on the medicine bottle 3 years ago. The person who has been captured 3 years ago hasn’t given 3 months of salary to her mother so she comes here everyday hoping someone will come here that will give her mother’s salary. Kavya says all the people who work here have been arrested and asks if her mother is also arrested. The girl says her mother was on leave that day. Kavya thinks Seema shouldn’t also know about this girl’s mother. Kavya asks the girl to take her to her mother. The girl agrees and takes Kavya. Adi follows Kavya.
