The episode starts with Adrija’s mother urging her to cut her birthday cake so both Adrija and her friends go inside. Her father stops her mother and appreciates the decoration work done by Meghla. He also asks his wife about Meghla’s whereabouts. His wife tells him that Meghla went to get ready. Just then, Meghla arrives there. Her mother questions Meghla for being late. But her father notifies the bouquet in Meghla’s hand, saying she must have gone to buy for Adrija. Meghla confirms the same with her mother. Both Meghla and her father discuss Sharma Ji, who is Guruji, who will come to the birthday party a little late. They all then join Adrija, who cuts her cake and feeds it to her parent’s and friends, but she ignores Meghla. Meghla hides her pain.
There, Diljot inquires with Ranbir whether he is going to take her to meet her husband or not. Param distracts Diljot to have golgappe. Then he takes Ranbir to a side saying that everyone is looking at them in a weird manner because of Diljot, but Ranbir clearly tells him they can look however they want it’s their wish. Meanwhile, Meghla’s parents goes to welcome one of the guests. Adrija’s friend praises Meghla’s singing skills. He also insists Meghla sing a song for them, which makes Meghla happy, but Adrija looks annoyed. Adrija criticizes Meghla’s singing, saying her birthday party theme doesn’t match with Meghla’s classical song. Meghla tells Adrija’s friend that she will sing a song once her Guruji arrives. Adrija intervenes saying that they should celebrate her birthday though their choice of celebration may upset her father but because of her birthday he will forgive her too. She also shares with them about her birthday plan, and then she takes them all with her to the other side.
In the market, both Ranbir and Param have a conversation about Diljot’s constant quest for her husband and child and also her accusation towards her family members. Param suspects Diljot’s mental health condition is making her think that way, but Ranbir strongly feels Diljot’s words are true. He further tells Param that he tried to learn more about Diljot’s past through his mother Mehar, but whenever he tries, his mother firmly refuses to share with him anything. Meanwhile, Simran tries to mend her relationship with Harman by expressing her pain about his allegations on her. She breaks down in front of him, so Harman ends up consoling her.
Here, Diljot asks both Ranbir and Param about the conversation they are having. Param gives her some lame excuse. Diljot then requests Ranbir to take her to her husband. Ranbir assures her, and he asks her husband’s name. Diljot doesn’t remember his name, so she tells him that he sings well. Param tells her there are so many good singers, so it’s not easy to find her husband with this clue alone, which leads Diljot to shout at him. Ranbir calms her down. Diljot repeatedly says that her husband is the best singer. Ranbir looks thoughtful. Meanwhile, Meghla gifts the flower bouquet to Adrija, who deliberately drops it to the ground and stamps on it. Meghla notices it, so she again gives it to Adrija, but the latter gets annoyed. Meghla gets hurt again.
Precap: Meghla is seen singing, which Ranbir hears it, so he goes to find who has such a melodious voice. Later, both Ranbir and Meghla bump into each other.
