The episode starts with Kiyaan calling Rajat and asking if he will do whatever Kiyaan says, as promised. Rajat agrees. Kiyaan then says he wants to meet someone. Rajat asks if he wants to meet his grandparents or uncles and aunts. Kiyaan says it’s none of them and reveals who he wants to meet. Rajat assures him he will do anything for his happiness and asks Kiyaan to call him “dad.” Kiyaan hangs up the call. Harsh tells Ashika that Kiyaan is accomplishing what they failed to do with Rajat.
Later, Rajat writes a note to Savi, informing her that they are going to dinner at 8 p.m. Savi reads the message and questions why he is inviting her to dinner after the recent issue between them. Rajat clarifies that it’s not a date night, but a family dinner. Savi refuses and tells him to invite his parents instead. Rajat then explains that the dinner is for Sai. When Sai arrives, she asks Rajat what’s going on. Rajat explains that he wants to take them all to dinner, but Savi is unwilling. Sai convinces Savi to go.
At the restaurant, a server tells Sai about a “Little Chef” competition and takes her to learn how to make pizza with the chef. Meanwhile, Savi asks Rajat if he is expecting someone else. Rajat says no. Just then, Kiyaan arrives, and Rajat welcomes him. Kiyaan asks Rajat if he told Savi what she needs to do. Rajat then asks Savi to apologize to Kiyaan for her previous behavior. Savi insists she wasn’t wrong, but Rajat pushes her to apologize. Kiyaan also demands that Savi apologize to his mother. At that moment, Harsh and Ashika arrive, and Savi realizes Rajat’s true motive for the dinner. For Sai’s sake, Savi decides not to cause a scene and apologizes to Kiyaan and Ashika. Sai witnesses the entire situation. Kiyaan tells Sai to enjoy the dinner with her family, and they leave.
Savi asks Sai if she enjoyed the activity. The waiter compliments Sai on preparing the pizza base well. Sai, however, tells Savi that she didn’t like the place and asks to be taken home. She ignores Rajat, and they return home.
In the kitchen, Savi recalls Rajat’s behavior and feels hurt. Meanwhile, Milind distributes sweets to the Bhosles, thanking Shantanu for helping him get a job. Shantanu credits Milind’s hard work. Mrunmayi mentions that Lucky is going to be in her class, and Milind makes a comment about it. He then goes to give sweets to Savi, and when he arrives at the Thakkars’ house, he notices Savi’s distress. Milind takes her outside and listens to her problems. Savi confides in Milind that it’s difficult to live with Rajat. She explains that Rajat forced her to apologize when she wasn’t at fault, which deeply hurt her and felt like a blow to her self-respect. Milind comforts her, assuring her that things will get better soon. He tells her that she is doing everything for Sai’s happiness and advises her to cry and release her frustration. Milind adds that Rajat will realize his mistake eventually, and she should give him time. Savi thanks him for making her feel better. Milind advises her not to worry. Meanwhile, Jigar overhears their conversation and smirks.
Later, Savi asks Sai to eat the food she prepared, but Sai refuses. Savi declares that she will also not eat and lies down without eating. Sai eventually relents and eats a bite prepared by Savi but refuses Rajat’s portion. Sai tells Savi that Rajat doesn’t love her and points out how he hurt her. She asks Savi if she plans to leave him. Savi insists she will not and lies, saying that Rajat loves her. Sai replies that she has never seen any love from Rajat. Savi argues that Rajat doesn’t know how to show love, but reassures Sai that Rajat’s love for Sai is enough for her to stay with him for the rest of her life. Sai admits that she loves Savi but is still angry with Rajat and refuses to speak to him. Rajat overhears their conversation.
