The episode starts with Vendi telling Bhavani that Virat is just like Jayesh and comments on him. Jahan argues that Virat is nothing like Jayesh and comments on it. Vendi complains about Virat to Bhavani, saying how he beat everyone up at the hospital, and she doesn’t understand why Virat and Amruta want to send that man, Rajiv, to jail. Bhavani and Jahan are shocked to learn that Rajiv was in the hospital.
Rajiv is shown handcuffed to the bed. He complains to Priyanka about Virat and makes comments about him. Priyanka tells Rajiv that if the commissioner gets involved in his case, it will be impossible to get him out of jail. Priyanka advises Rajiv to go back to jail to make Virat believe that everything is going according to the law. Priyanka then receives a call from Babita. Babita informs Priyanka that she is ready to give up 45% of the shares and asks why Priyanka hasn’t done anything yet. Priyanka reassures Babita that she’s working on her plan and asks her not to worry before ending the call.
Harsha sees Vendi and greets her. Vendi gives gifts to Harsha. Vendi then asks Bhavani where Amruta is. Jahan says Amruta is at Virat’s house. Vendi asks Bhavani why Amruta is staying in the Ahuja house, claiming that Virat forcefully married her. Jahan tells Vendi that she doesn’t understand how much Virat has supported Amruta and Bhavani, and makes a comment about it.
Virat receives a gift from someone. He opens the box and finds a snake inside. Amruta hits the snake away, but it later goes after her. Virat traps the snake under a bucket and rescues Amruta. Babita asks Virat and the others what is happening. Anjali says someone sent Virat a snake in a gift box. Babita asks Virat to stay away and instructs Dildar to find out who is behind this. Amruta suggests to Virat that it might be Rajiv. Virat and Amruta leave.
Jahan asks Vendi if she now understands how Virat has supported Amruta and Bhavani. Vendi replies that she does, but insists that the fact Virat forcefully married Amruta won’t change. She adds that, as elders, it is their duty to make Amruta realize that she cannot destroy her life in an unhappy relationship. Vendi tells Bhavani that after the Pooja, they will convince Amruta to break ties with Virat.
Virat and Amruta arrive at the police station and find Rajiv behind bars. Virat asks Rajiv if he is the one who sent the snake. Rajiv asks the cops to reveal when he was brought to jail. The cops tell Amruta that Rajiv was brought there by them. As Virat and Amruta are about to leave, they find a note in the box saying they don’t know when the snake will bite them, and they will die before they realize it. Virat and Amruta begin to worry about each other’s safety.
Priyanka tells Rajiv that she has a plan to make the cops believe he is sick so they will take him to the hospital, giving him one chance to execute the plan. Rajiv agrees.
Amruta looks at Shekhar’s resume. Amruta asks Shekhar if he knows martial arts. Shekhar says no. Amruta asks Shekhar why has he written it on the resume. Virat says to Amruta that she is the one who needs a bodyguard not him as Rajiv and Priyanka might target her. Anjali and Nimrit come there. Virat asks them to convince Amruta to take the bodyguard for her safety. Nimrit and Anjali say to Virat that they think he needs protection instead of Amruta as in the past Priyanka targeted him. They leave from there. Virat says he knows Priyanka will not target him as she knows Amruta will come and save him. Amruta says to Virat that Priyanka will target him as in the past she knows he loves her but now. Amruta feels shy to complete the sentence. Virat teasingly reacts to her shyness. Amruta leaves.
