The episode starts with Ganga tells Abhay that he should not be angry with God and offers him vermilion. Abhay takes the vermilion and spreads it over God’s feet. Ganga follows the same after Abhay. Amma ji tells everyone that today they are very happy and due to Ganga they get lost heir back to their home and her family is complete now. Amma ji gives your necklace set to Ganga but she refuses to take it but Amma ji insists Ganga to take it. Amma ji gives her ring to Ritu and she gets disappointed. Ritu tells everyone that she wants to express her happiness by saying everyone in english. Ritu speaks in english to disappoint Ganga. Ritu tells everyone that she wants to thank everyone by helping Ganga and she gives the thank you note in english. Ganga is unable to speak english and she sings a song . Everyone starts laughing. Ganga tells everyone that she is sorry for hurting everyone but now she will prove that she is a deserving daughter in law.
Ganga returns back the phone to Ritu and Abhay walks away. Kalyani takes Ganga and Ritu to their rooms. Ganga enters her room and she finds the room decorated with balloons and flowers. Ganga thinks about how she can make Abhay happy. Ritu gets excited and she dances with joy. Ganga calls Punpun and seeks help. Ganga tells Punpun that today she is going to meet Abhay alone. Punpun suggests Ganga to apologise to Abhay because every man likes to hear sorry. Ritu tells God that her dream has been broken and she wants him to fix everything. Ganga starts rehearsing in front of the mirror.
Abhay comes to his room and Ganga walks forward to say sorry to Abhay. Abhay accepts the apology of Ganga and Akshay is still angry with Ritu but she tries to convince Akshay. Suddenly Ganga opens her eyes and her dream gets broken. Akshay leaves Ritu alone in the room.
