The episode starts with fight between Mannat and Ibaadat. Being insulted by her mother Mannat decides to take the revenge on Ibaadat by pressing her throat. While she was roaming outside of the room, Mannat comes their and tightly hold the throat of Ibaadat. To protect ourselves, Ibaadat gives a strong jerk to Mannat and she is about to fall from the stair. But suddenly Ibaadat hold the hand of Mannat tightly so that she won’t fall from the balcony. Mannat begs to Ibaadat not to release her hand otherwise she will fall in the ground from a long height. Ibaadat gives a condition to Mannat and the latter is forced to say that Subhan is belongs to Ibaadat only. Mannat utters the same but Ibaadat doesn’t spare her so easily. Hearing the screaming voice of Mannat everyone comes and gathers there.
Gulnaz and Kayanat request Ibaadat to protect her, otherwise she might really lose her life. Meanwhile Subhan also comes there and becomes totally shocked to see the alarming situation in his house. He also requests Ibaadat the same but she warns that she has already recorded everything to give a proof to the police station. She was just trying to save her own life. Finally Ibaadat releases the hand of Mannat at this time also Subhan comes their and holds Mannat from falling.
Kayanat yells at Ibaadat for being unkind and cruel to others. But Ibaadat doesn’t give attention to the words of her mother in law and warns Mannat she have to bear all this being the mistress of Subhan. Ibaadat disrespects Mannat by saying the second woman of Subhan’s life. When Subhan asks the help someone to get up from the ground, Mannat proceeds to expand her hand but Ibaadat doesn’t let her help him. In spite of knowing the pain of Subhan, Ibaadat can’t do anything for him.
Hamida suspects someone who was secretly entering inside their house. Though she checks the entire footage of cctv but there is no sign of any woman. On the other hand, a mysterious lady keeps her eyes on the Akhtar family. Later, she decides all her doubt to Dua but she stops herself from telling anything to her. She again comes outside to check the outsider but no one is there. Suddenly Kashaf, the lady doctor arrives in Akhtar family to check up Subhan and Ibaadat.
