The episode starts with Deepika gets a call from Chirag. Deepika tells Chirag that she is making paneer pulao from him. Deepika tells Chirag that he is going to miss the delicious paneer pulao. Chirag tells Deepika that his phone will switch off for the next 1.5 hours.
Janvi warns her mother and Nani that they will not take her belongings. Yash tells Sobha that she will have to pay for her sin. Sobha tells Yashwant that he is making her daughter against her. Yash tells Sobha that Janvi has changed herself staying with Deepika.
Janvi comes back home and she gets surprised to see the decoration in her room for the first night . Neelima and Saloni come to meet Janvi and Saloni gives Janvi a saree. Janvi learns from Neelima that Deepika has decorated the room for the first night. Janvi tells Neelima that she wants to thank her sister personally. Janvi plans to give pills to Deepika and kill her. Janvi comes to meet Deepika in the kitchen. Janvi tells Deepika that her saree has been unstitched. Janvi sends Deepika to stitch her saree and she mixes the pills in the shikanji after sending Shilpa to help Deepika. Janvi gets nervous and she starts sweating. Janvi tells Deepika to drink the shikanji and make her self comfortable. Deepika makes the shikanji for Janvi and the glass gets broken in the kitchen. Deepika hurts herself in the kitchen and she tells Shilpa to take her shikanji for Janvi. Lavanya sees Deepika get hurt in her feet with the glass.
Shilpa serves the shikanji to Janvi. Prithvi comes to the room and she asks Shilpa if Deepika has drunk the shikanji or not. Shilpa tells Janvi that she has given Deepika’s shikanji to her. Janvi gets unconscious and she falls down. Prithvi gathers his family members and he takes Janvi to the hospital . Prithvi brings Janvi to the hospital and Lavanya tells the nurse to bring the senior doctor. Mishka comes forward to treat Janvi. Prithvi recognises Mishka but Lavanya tells Mishka that she needs a senior doctor.
Mishka tells Lavanya that she is a senior doctor from London. Deepika requests Mishka to do the treatment of Janvi. Mishka assures Deepika that her sister will be fine soon. Lavanya requests Mishka for the treatment of her Bahu.
