The episode starts with Vendi stopping Amruta from dancing with Virat. Rajiv cuts the rope of the chandelier. Virat tells Bhavani that he would like to ask her for something. He acknowledges his past mistakes and apologizes to Bhavani for them. Virat then says he wants to ask Amruta a question but first wants to know Bhavani’s decision. Amruta notices the chandelier falling over Virat and pushes him away.
Blood is shown on the floor, but Amruta and Virat are fine. It turns out that the red liquid is vermillion mixed with water.
Babita checks to make sure Virat is okay and feels relieved. Rajiv is shocked to see that Virat is unharmed. Priyanka thinks her plan to separate Virat and Amruta has begun. Rajiv realizes he needs to move to the next step of his plan. He comes in front of Virat and quickly runs away. Nimrit recalls what happened and realizes it wasn’t her imagination Rajiv is indeed there.
Sekhar gets a call from Roy, the lawyer, who tells him that Rajiv is not in the police station but has been moved to the hospital due to fits. Rajiv manages to escape from Virat and leaves. Sekhar informs Virat about what Roy told him, and Virat says they should reach the hospital before Rajiv. He asks Amruta to stay behind to avoid worrying the family if they both leave. Amruta agrees, and Virat leaves. Priyanka is pleased, thinking that Plan A has succeeded and Plan B should now be executed. She reveals that Virat was never meant to be harmed in her plan.
Babita complains to Dildar, reminding him that she had told them this was a family matter and should have been handled at home. She is upset that they sent Rajiv to jail, and now he’s back to seek revenge on Virat. Babita asks what they will do if something happens to Virat. Dildar reassures her, saying nothing happened to Virat because Amruta saved him. Babita looks around and notices Nimrit is missing. Amruta volunteers to look for her.
Virat and Sekhar arrive at the hospital. Rajiv sees them entering the hospital before him.
Priyanka calls Rajiv to ask if he has reached the hospital. Rajiv tells her that Virat got there first. Priyanka scolds him for not completing the task she gave him. Rajiv reminds her that Virat needs to follow him for their plan to succeed. He asks Priyanka to get the cop she knows to stop Virat. Priyanka agrees.
Virat and Sekhar ask the receptionist where Rajiv is. The receptionist says Rajiv is receiving treatment, and they can’t meet him. Virat tells her the police called them to check on Rajiv as his condition is serious. The receptionist says she will make a call and contacts her boss, informing him about Virat and Sekhar. Her boss instructs her to stall them at the reception, and she agrees. However, when she returns, she finds that Virat and Sekhar have already left to go to Rajiv’s room while she was on the call.
Meanwhile, Nimrit reflects on Rajiv. Amruta approaches her, and Nimrit apologizes for preventing Virat from telling Amruta something earlier. Amruta reassures Nimrit, telling her to stop blaming herself for Rajiv’s actions. Nimrit feels guilty, thinking that if she hadn’t revealed the truth about Rajiv, none of this would have happened. She believes Rajiv is targeting them because of her. Amruta consoles Nimrit and encourages her not to lose hope.
