Episode starts with Nigar busy in her own room but suddenly that Ibaadat comes into her room and attacks Nigar from her backside. With a piece of cloth, she ties the throat of Nigar and presses from it back side. Ibadat doesn’t want to spare that girl who is being manipulated by the other people of the house. She orders Nigar to listen her words otherwise she will be severely punished. Being claustrophobic, finally Nigar agree to follow the words of Ibaadat. She orders Nigar to edit the photo of Subhan and her to send the clients. At first she denies to do it, but getting the life threat from Ibaadat, Nigar finally follow the orders of Ibaadat. Editing all the photos of Subhan and Ibaadat, Nigar sends everything to the clients. Nigar wants Ibaadat to save herself from Mannat’s anger but Ibaadat doesn’t want to help her anymore.
Sufi comes into the room of Kashaf with a pizza when Arman and Gulzar also are in the same room. Sufi wants to impress the lady doctor giving her the pizza. Suddenly, he hears the sound from the cupboard, but Kashaf tries to distract his mind. She fears of being exposed by both Arman and Sufi if Ghazal comes out from the cupboard. Sufi tries to find out the source of that sound and proceeds towards the cupboard. At the same time, Kayanat calls with the name of Sufi and he immediately comes out of the room. Arman also finds the chance to get out of that room. As soon as, Sufi goes from there, Arman also comes out from the cupboard and runs from the room.
Mannat comes into the room of Subhan to comfort him. She puts the medicine in the injury of Subhan. At the same time, Ibaadat also comes into that room and becomes furious to see them together again. Ibadat can’t tolerate the presence of Mannat with her husband, she just wants to throw him away from her room. But her interruption makes Subhan very embarrassed and waits for that moment when the poster of Subhan and Mannat will come out. Ibaadat insults her husband for his betrayal. She also counts down time and warns Mannat to leave the room. She starts count ten and forces Mannat to go sway from that room. But Mannat doesn’t want to leaves at first but Subhan insists Mannat to leave the room immediately otherwise Ibaadat will create another drama.
After the leaving of Mannat, Ibaadat tries to give the first aid to her husband but Subhan doesn’t want to take any help or sympathy from his wife. She forcefully gives the treatment to Subhan. Ultimately Subhan is compelled to listen the words of Ibaadat and takes the care from her. Ibadat also gets the peace to give him the comfort after many fights.
