The episode starts with Mishka tells Chirag that she will share every secret of him to Deepika. Chirag tells Deepika to serve the lunch to Mishka. Chirag tells Mishka that Deepika has prepared delicious dishes for her. Mishka asks Deepika how she manages to give time for herself. Chirag tells Mishka that Deepika runs a business also and she takes online orders for flowers. Deepika tells Mishka that she is a homemaker also along with a florist.
Chirag tells Mishka that Deepika can be a doctor also and in fact she has won many trophies. Deepika tells Mishka that she will bring the black coffee for her because it’s her favourite. Mishka tells Deepika that Chirag also likes black coffee. Chirag tells Mishka that now he likes masala tea. Mishka gives his medical report to Chirag and reminds him about his impotency. Chirag tells Mishka that he has shared about his medical report to Deepika’s father before the marriage and Deepika knows everything. Suddenly Deepika comes and asks Chirag what she knows about him.
Lavanya and Omkar also ask Chirag about the same thing but suddenly a pressure cooker blasts in the kitchen and all two vegetables get spread in the kitchen. The maids inform Lavanya that Deepika has warned them not to use that pressure cooker because it has some problem with it. Lavanya blames Deepika for every incident taking place in the house but Chirag takes the side of Deepika and tells Lavanya that Deepika always saves them from every trouble. Lavanya tells Chirag that he has become a slave of his wife and tells him not to remind about the pain which Deepika has given to her. Mishka gets happy to see Deepika getting taunts by Lavanya.
Prithvi requests Janvi to have her dinner properly and he expresses his feelings for Janvi that someone is trying to ruin their first nights. Janvi tells Prithvi that she will be fine soon and thinks she will not hurt herself for him.
Mishka gets angry and she opens the tiffin box. Mishka throws all the food in the dustbin and she hates Deepika. Mishka decides to create a misunderstanding between Chirag and Deepika. A nurse informs Mishka that Janvi’s report has come and Mishka gets happy to see the report. Mishka thinks that she will get Chirag with the help of this report.
The next morning, Prithvi apologises to Deepika. Saloni requests Deepika to accept the apology of Chirag. Deepika accepts the apology of Prithvi and Prithvi tells Deepika that now they will celebrate Dusshera together with the family. Deepika calls her father and asks him to thank Maa Rani because Janvi is fine now and she has received the payment also of the last delivery also.
Deepika asks her father to pay that amount to Ghanshyam uncle. Yash tells Deepika that they will take time to pay a huge amount to his friend. Deepika tells her father that Chirag is always with her and he is in her team. Yash tells Deepika that one day she might have to fight for her life also. Deepika tells her father that she is ready and she keeps the phone. Chirag tells Deepika to wish him all the best and his phone will be unrechable the whole day because he has a meeting today. Chirag asks Deepika to kiss him and she kisses Deepika. Suddenly a man comes with the medical report of Janvi and Lavanya reads the report in front of everyone.
Lavanya tells Omkar to call the Superintendent of Police because Janvi has been given many pills by Deepika. Lavanya blames Deepika for killing her sister. Lavanya tells Deepika that she has the proof because the report clearly shows the shikanji have pills on it. Prithvi tells Lavanya that Deepika can’t do this but Lavanya insists Prithvi trust her. Lavanya tells Deepika that she has married Chirag for his money and today no one will save her.
