The episode starts with Rannvijay getting surrounded by Kailash and rest of villagers. They confront him about his second marriage and ask him to tell whether it is true or not. Rannvijay hesitates but says yes. He is about to get hit but Vaiju comes there and holds the stick. She says no one has right to touch Rannvijay. All the villagers start screaming to punish Rannvijay. Milind also comes and tells that Rannvijay should get punished for cheating Vaiju. Vaiju declares that she is breaking off her relationship with Rannvijay.
Vaiju shows her mangalsutra and says that she is returning it back today. She goes to burn it but Rannvijay stops her by picking it up again. He asks her not to do this to save his life. Vaiju blames herself for being reason for their entangled lives so she has decided to leave her vermillion and mangalsutra forever. She tells him that she is making him free from this relationship and screams to the village that she is breaking off her ties with Rannvijay. So they have no more right to punish him. Rannvijay tells Vaiju that to save his life she should not have sacrificed her vermillion and mangalsutra.
Rannvijay is about to make Vaiju wear her mangalsutra again but she stops him. Vaiju says that she has taken this decision that their relationship has ended. Rannvijay asks if she has stopped trusting him. Vaiju says that this is better for everyone. She again says that she is making him and both of them free from this relationship. Rannvijay says that the tie between them will always exist and save him from all the troubles. Vaiju says that he is only her sister’s husband. She says that now they will walk on different paths and never meet again.
Rannvijay says that if she wants so, he is making her free from this relationship too. He asks her to tell if they will never meet again. Vaiju says that they once she becomes independent and fulfils the dreams he has seen for her. Vasundhara confronts Jaya about why they left their honeymoon and returned home. Jaya says that everything has got cleared between them but she should ask Rannvijay to explain her. Vaiju asks Rannvijay to take care of himself.
Rannvijay thinks he wanted to tell Vaiju now he is only hers but now it’s useless. Rannvijay, Vaiju and Jaya all are in pain. Rannvijay gets shattered and says that he is feeling too much pain as everytime they separated there was a hope they will meet again but this time even that doesn’t exist. He says how with their relationship, his trust has got broken too. Vaiju sits crying and says she is missing Rannvijay a lot and will feel her life incomplete without him but she will have to live.
The episode ends with Vaiju saying she will begin new chapter of her life.
