The episode begins with Megha telling Arjun sorry. Arjun gets confused hearing this and asks her why she is saying sorry. She replies everyone in the house is angry because of her. He tells her to lie beside him and look at the sky. She lay beside him and looked at him (the Bol Na Halke song plays in the background). He tells her to look at the sky and say what she saw. She looks at the sky and says it’s blurry.
He says Megha is right, but that doesn’t mean there are no stars and moon in the sky. And says they are just not visible to them. He adds his family is angry, but he knows the past little bit. He gives the credit to her. And he promises to never doubt her again. He tells her sorry. She cries. He wipes her tears and asks what happened. She tells him Navjot is right. She asks him how long he can sustain their relationship with a girl like her.
He tells her he can’t manage alone. He asks her whether she will support him. She tells him she ruined everything. He tells her they will make everything fine together. He says let’s begin fresh. He introduces himself to her. She introduces herself as Megha Talwar to him. He asks her whether she can see the moon now. She nods. He looks at her and says he can see too.
The next day, Arjun requests Megha to stitch his shirt button. Megha falls on Arjun, and they fall on the bed. He shows the button to her. She gives another shirt to him. He tells her that shirt button is missing too. He shows all of his shirts to her. He gives needle and thread to her. She understands his intention and stares at him (the Tum kya mile song plays in the background). And she stitched his shirt button.
Goldie calls Megha. But KP picks up the call and tells Goldie he misses her. Goldie gets shocked hearing this. KP tells her he wants to meet her again. Goldie scolds him. Megha goes to the dining table and notices her phone is missing. She realizes KP’s phone cover is the same as her phone cover, and KP took her phone. She takes KP’s phone and goes to KP’s room. KP gives Megha’s phone to Megha.
After some time, KP asks Arjun about Surendar’s treatment. He suggests going for a picnic with Megha’s family. Later, Megha vomits. Arjun tells Megha that it’s the second time, so let’s go to the hospital. Megha assures him she will be fine tomorrow.
The next day, everyone reached the picnic spot. Arjun asks Megha whether she is fine. Megha tells Arjun that she is fit and fine. Navjot tells Manmeet to get pregnant before Megha because Manmeet is the elder daughter-in-law. She shows how Megha and Arjun are romancing. KP tells Goldie that let’s see who saves her from him.
