The episode begins with Adit announcing to his colleagues that Mangal will dance. He joins her and starts dancing. Sowmya, visibly upset, notices the accounts room key in Mangal’s bag. Seizing an opportunity, she secretly steals it and leaves. Meanwhile, Adit feels dizzy and falls onto Mangal.
Sowmya sneaks into the office, avoiding the security. She opens Mangal’s cupboard and finds the invoice files. Determined to sabotage Mangal, she thinks this will ruin her reputation.
Elsewhere, Gayatri and Jia hear that Karthik and Lakshmi have returned. Jia confronts Gayatri, warning her that she plans to expose her. Meanwhile, Karthik happily tells Lakshmi that their differences are resolved. Ignoring Gayatri’s attempts to stop her, Jia approaches Karthik and insists on speaking to him privately. Karthik agrees.
Back at the office, Mangal helps Adit sit down and cares for him. The boss instructs Mangal to bring the invoices. Before heading to her cabin, she gives Adit lemon water, urging him to drink it so he can stay active for the presentation. Adit complies.
When Mangal enters her cabin, Sowmya quickly escapes unnoticed. Mangal searches her bag for the key to the drawer but finds it missing. Feeling suspicious, she receives a call from Isha and leaves the room.
In the meantime, Sowmya burns some of the invoice papers. At the presentation, the boss praises Mangal and Adit for their work and highlights Mangal’s accurate calculations. However, when Khatri begins checking the files, he discovers that some invoices are missing.
Sowmya joins them and mockingly asks Adit if he has recovered from being dizzy. Adit responds, still unsure about who spiked his drink. Khatri then accuses Adit of losing an invoice worth 20 lakhs. Both Adit and Mangal defend themselves, insisting they submitted all the documents. Khatri calls them liars, claiming they’ve committed fraud.
The situation escalates when Sharma, the boss, blames Adit and Mangal for the missing invoice and the resulting loss of a major deal. Despite Adit’s protests about his track record of honesty, Sharma loses his temper and accuses them of tarnishing his reputation.
Khatri’s employee makes snide remarks about Adit and Sowmya, fueling the tension. Khatri concludes that having Mangal and Adit work together as a team was a mistake. He storms out, refusing to continue dealings with Sharma’s company.
Sharma, furious, confronts Adit and Mangal for losing an important deal and damaging his market reputation. Mangal pleads for understanding, vouching for Adit’s integrity. Sharma reluctantly agrees to give them 24 hours to prove their innocence. He warns them that if they fail, they will have to pay 20 lakhs or face jail time.
Mangal promises to find proof of their innocence. Watching this unfold, Sowmya grows anxious, fearing exposure and the possibility of going to jail.
