The episode starts with Mangal performing Pooja to the Goddess in the temple. Sowmya is shown observing Mangal from a distance. Mangal thanks the Goddess for proving her innocence. Sowmya contemplates pushing Mangal into the Havan fire but suddenly loses consciousness. Mangal catches Sowmya before she falls and wonders what happened to her. Dr. Malini, who is present in the temple, comes to check on Sowmya. She suggests taking Sowmya to her clinic for further examination. Mangal agrees.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi tries to calm Gayatri, who is visibly distressed. Gayatri says she had a terrible nightmare. Karthik joins them and asks Gayatri what happened.
Jia questions a doctor about his presence. The doctor explains that Karthik sent him to check on her, thinking she was injured, but finds her perfectly fine. Jia angrily asks the doctor to leave.
Lakshmi and Karthik reassure Gayatri, asking her not to worry about the nightmare, and promise to support her. Karthik even offers to cook for her to lift her spirits.
At the clinic, Dr. Malini examines Sowmya. Mangal tries calling Adit, but he doesn’t answer.
Elsewhere, Adit hears loud music at home and goes to investigate. Ishana turns off the music. Akshat asks Ishana why she stopped it. Ishana explains that Adit is already stressed, and hearing the music might upset him further, leading him to stop their party. Adit overhears their conversation but surprises them by joining the party instead. He tells Akshat that partying will help him relieve stress and bond with his friends. Ishana, however, leaves the scene.
Dr. Malini informs Mangal that Sowmya is pregnant, leaving Mangal in shock. Dr. Malini asks Mangal to wait for Sowmya’s husband to arrive. Mangal agrees.
Meanwhile, Adit spends quality time with Akshat and his friends. He invites Ishana to join them for pizza, but she declines. Adit approaches Ishana to ask why she’s upset. Ishana tells him that he hurt her mother and leaves. Kusum consoles Adit, pointing out that Ishana is growing up and starting to understand the situation.
Mangal steps out of the clinic, thinking about her children. A nurse approaches her and asks her to get Sowmya’s husband’s signature for an ultrasound. Mangal agrees.
Adit continues playing with Akshat. Mangal interrupts and tells Adit she needs to talk to him about something important. Taking him aside, she shows him the pregnancy consent form and reveals that Sowmya is pregnant. Adit is shocked.
