The episode begins with Neha arriving home and finding Matthew waiting for her. Neha asks Matthew what he is doing there. Matthew replies that he came to talk to her about Sahil. He tells her that Sahil’s death was not an accident but a murder. Just then, Jasbir enters and tells Neha that Sahil was murdered by RV. Neha refuses to believe it, but Jasbir insists that he has proof.
Harleen asks RV if everything is alright. RV replies that everything is not fine and informs her that Sahil is dead. Harleen tells the family that she had expressed concern before, fearing that something bad would happen. She still feels that something terrible is on the way. Harman and others try to calm her down, but she remains unsettled.
Monisha arrives at Neha’s place and asks why she has been called there. Neha accuses Monisha of withholding the truth and asks why she didn’t tell her earlier. Monisha is confused and asks what Neha means. Neha accuses Monisha of double-crossing her and claims RV killed Sahil. Monisha denies this, saying RV would never do such a thing. Neha then shows the CCTV footage of RV trying to speak to Sahil at the hotel, claiming it as proof that RV is responsible for Sahil’s death. Monisha questions Neha, asking where the audio is from the footage, and how she can make such an assumption from just this visual evidence.
Jasbir chimes in, stating that the footage clearly shows RV attempting to trap Sahil to get him to reveal information about Neha. When Sahil refused to betray Neha for money, RV became angry and killed him. Neha argues with Monisha, telling her she won’t let RV go free and that the police should have already arrived to arrest him.
The police arrive at RV’s house and tell the Malhotra family that they have discovered RV is the one who killed Sahil. RV and his family try to explain that he didn’t do it, but the police refuse to listen.
Purvi asks the Inspector if they have identified the culprit in Sahil’s hit-and-run case. The Inspector confirms that RV is the culprit and that they have seen the footage. Harleen defends RV, but Purvi insists the Inspector show the footage if they have it. The Inspector asks Purvi not to argue, stating that the truth is clear. As the Inspector prepares to take RV away, Monisha intervenes, asking the Inspector not to arrest RV and promising to give him what he wants. The Inspector questions if she’s trying to bribe him, to which Purvi quickly clarifies that Monisha misspoke. The Inspector warns Monisha not to repeat herself.
Just as the Inspector is about to arrest RV, Purvi stops him and asks to see the footage. She asserts that RV didn’t cause the accident and requests the footage. The Inspector shows it to her. Purvi examines it and points out that the car in the footage has a different number plate, which doesn’t belong to RV. She, along with Yug and Diya, vouches for RV’s whereabouts, confirming he was with them at the time. The Inspector acknowledges the different number plate and says he will return to arrest RV if his investigation proves him guilty. RV declares that he will support the police in catching the real culprit. The Inspector thanks Purvi for her help.
