The episode starts with the villagers asking Panibai if she is not ashamed of what Durga has done. Panibai pretends to be ashamed of Durga’s actions. She tells the villagers that Vikram had high expectations for Durga, but she has chosen to marry Rajesh. Panibai says Durga’s actions have brought shame upon them.
Anurag, in his heart, says that he will not allow Durga’s marriage to happen.
Anant tells Savitri that anyone can force Durga to do many things, but not marriage. Aarthi tells Savitri that they must go to Kingsar because she wants to ask Durga how she could ruin her own life like this. Indira tries to convince Aarthi that Durga is willingly going through with the marriage, but Aarthi doesn’t believe it.
The villagers are convinced by Panibai’s act and misunderstand Durga. Panibai is pleased, thinking her performance was successful.
Anant asks Aarthi what she plans to do. Aarthi says she wants to leave for Kingsar immediately. Madhav offers to book flight tickets. Aarthi says she is sure that Durga would never agree to this marriage and suspects she is being forced. Indira insists the marriage wouldn’t happen without Durga’s consent.
The village girls gossip about Durga when they see her. Hasmukh asks Rajesh if they can do a little dance before the wedding ritual, and Rajesh agrees.

Madhav announces that the flight tickets are booked and asks Aarthi who will accompany her. Aarthi says she will go, and Savitri also volunteers, stating that she wants to confront Durga. Anant warns Savitri that Vikram won’t be happy if she goes there, but Savitri is determined. Madhav asks Indira if she will join them, but Indira declines. Aarthi, Madhav, and Savitri leave for Kingsar.
Anurag arrives at the wedding venue and calls out for Durga. Vikram asks Anurag why he is there, reminding him that he has exams. Anurag replies that he came after finishing his exam for the day, feeling that he had to be present for such a major event. Anurag questions Vikram about how he could let Durga marry. Vikram responds that Durga herself declared in the Sabha that she wanted this marriage. Anurag asks Vikram for a few minutes to speak with Durga, and Vikram agrees.
Anurag approaches Rajesh, requesting to speak with Durga. Rajesh protests, stating that they are about to get married. Anurag points out that there is a big difference between “about to get married” and “married.” He calls Durga aside to talk.
