The episode starts with Abhay telling Gini how he called Anjali for the first time from this home. Abhay recalls how he spoke to Anjali over the phone for the first time.
It is shown that Abhay calls Anjali and tells her that his grandmother, Kamala Devi, chose her for him. Anjali responds that she doesn’t want to talk about this right now. Abhay asks Anjali not to hang up. He expresses his trust in his grandmother’s choice and shares his feelings for her. Gini overhears their conversation. Later, Abhay tells Anjali that he loves her and asks her not to misunderstand him, saying that this is how he feels and that his family members know about it. Abhay then hangs up. Gini approaches Anjali and asks her who she was talking to on the phone. Anjali mentions that Kamala Devi liked her in the temple for her grandson. Gini asks Anjali if they are wealthy, to which Anjali replies that they might be. Hearing this, Gini takes Anjali’s phone number, saying she will tease him a little.
Abhay reminds Gini how she stole his phone number from Anjali, called him pretending to be Anjali, and fooled him. He also reminds her how she called him to the temple and forced him to marry her.
It is shown that Abhay asks Gini in the temple why she called him there. Gini asks Abhay to put sindoor in her maang and marry her. Abhay questions the reason for doing this. Gini explains to Abhay that his family will not accept her because they are wealthy. Abhay reassures Gini not to worry, as she is Kamala’s choice. Gini emotionally blackmails Abhay into marrying her. Abhay gives in and puts sindoor in her maang.
Abhay tells Gini that her actions after coming to his home prove one thing: that she is a gold digger, and he comments on it. He states that he will never be able to accept her. Gini insists that he will have to accept her, claiming she knows how to steal rights from others.
Yuvraj sees Padma in Anjali’s neighborhood. He tells Padma that they should repeat what they did last time. Yuvraj holds Padma’s hand and even teases her. Ravi asks Yuvraj to leave Padma alone, but he doesn’t listen. Raju and Aniket also comment on Padma. Yuvraj tells Padma that he will not let go of her hand and asks her what she will do about it. Anjali warns Yuvraj that if he doesn’t let go, she will slap him right under his ear. Yuvraj tells Anjali that Bhajan informed him about her. He claims to have learned that she is also a corrupt lawyer, just like her father. Yuvraj asserts that Anjali won’t be able to do anything to him. In response, Anjali throws a bucket of water right in his face. Yuvraj argues with Anjali and makes comments about her. Sapna witnesses all of this from a distance.
Yuvraj approaches Sapna and gives her the wedding invitation for Aman and Kavya. He tells Sapna to call him if she needs anything else, as once he gets out of the case, he will teach them a lesson. Yuvraj then leaves.
Sapna apologizes to Anjali, saying she didn’t know Yuvraj was like this. Anjali comments on Yuvraj, saying that when she was chasing him to punish him, she pulled him back. Anjali leaves. She reflects on what happened.
