The episode starts with Poonam telling Baani that they have to earn more money to save Rajat from Dhanraj’s clutches. She pleads with Baani to do insider trading. Meanwhile, Rajat is getting beaten up by her sell mate in the prison. Here, Softy suggests that Poonam to not encourage Baani to do insider trading. Baani also agrees with Softy, saying she can’t commit a crime. She further advises Poonam not to lose hope, saying Bhishan and Gaurav went to mortgage their jewellery. Also, she is going to meet someone to arrange money, so she asks Poonam to pray that they get help.
Here, Bhishan makes a request to the financier to lend him 10 lakh rupees with the jewellery they have given to him. The financier gives 3 lakh and says he can’t able to give him more than this. Bhishan and Gaurav get sad. Bhishan says tough times like this will make them realise who supports them and who don’t. Meanwhile, in prison, Rajat makes the police officer learn about him getting beaten up by the goons inside him. One of the cop stops Rajat from getting beaten up by the goons. Rajat then refuses to admit the false allegations registered on him by Dhanraj after hearing the latter’s pressurising words to the inspector. Dhanraj threatens Rajat. Rajat then gets mocked by his sell mates who have beaten him up. But Rajat confidently tells them his Baani will save him and prove his innocence at any cost.
In Arora’s house, Balwant comes to collect interest from the Arora’s. Baani and her parents plead with Balwant to help them financially so that they can bail out Rajat. But Balwant refuses to help them remind Baani about her earlier insults, and then he leaves. Satish asks Baani what she is going to do now. Baani, with determination, says to Satish that she will not stop until she finds a way to bail out Rajat. Later, in the office, Baani requests Nakul to give her 7 lakh so that she can able to bail out Rajat. Nakul refuses to help her. Baani gets upset.
In Khanna’s house, Gini refuses to go to college despite receiving a warning letter from the college for the lack of attendance. Bhishan questions his upbringing. Gini breaks down in front of Softy, who encourages her to face her fears and also rectify her mistakes. Poonam also encourages Gini to follow Softy’s advice.
Baani then receives Poonam’s call, who inquires with her whether she has arranged money to bail Rajat out. Baani says she didn’t, so Poonam again pleads with her to do insider trading. Baani feels helpless. Just then, Baani sees the crime officers arrive at the office, so she gets shocked and worried. Later, Poonam tries to change Baani’s decision not to do insider trading, which is against her principles, but Baani firmly refuses to commit any crime. Poonam decides to do something that worries Baani.
Bhishan and Baani visit Rajat at the police station. Both of them break down seeing Rajat’s state. Baani encourages Rajat not to lose hope. She then requests Bhishan not to lose hope, and then she visits the club to find evidence to prove Rajat’s innocence while Dhanraj learns Rajat was telling the truth after seeing the CCTV footage. But he decides to destroy Rajat for putting Rohan in come. Navjyot gets shocked hearing his words. Meanwhile, Baani gets upset with the club manager for his lack of support, but she refuses to give up on her mission to prove Rajat’s innocence.
Precap: Gaurav informs Baani that Rajat is sent to a hospital shocking her and Poonam. Baani decides to do insider trading to bail Rajat out of the prison.
