The episode begins with Pushpa visiting Dilip’s house to study. Upon arrival, she notices blood at Dilip’s door and calls out for everyone, alerting them to the situation. Ashwin and Juggal break down the door and find Dilip lying in a pool of blood. Pushpa’s family quickly attempts to take Dilip to the hospital. Deepti calls Sonal, instructing her to inform Shalini at Swastik Hospital that Dilip has been stabbed and needs immediate treatment.
As Pushpa’s family tries to transport Dilip, Rashi arrives and is shocked to see him, fainting on the spot. Pushpa asks Deepti to take care of Rashi, while urging the family to head to Swastik Hospital. Hasmukh observes everything from a distance and worries about being implicated if something happens to Dilip.
At the hospital, the doctor advises Pushpa’s family to file a police report and prepares to start emergency procedures. She asks them to arrange for blood for Dilip. Bapodhara calls DCP Tejaswi to inform her of the situation, while Ashwin contacts Deepti to relay that Dilip needs type A- blood. Deepti reaches out to her colleagues for help. Meanwhile, Prathna realizes Rashi is missing and goes to find her, only to discover Rashi trying to clean the blood outside Dilip’s house. Rashi pleads with Deepti to take her to the hospital, and Deepti agrees.
Radha notices Hasmukh covered in blood and confronts him. Hasmukh silently pleads with her not to reveal anything, but Radha angrily heads upstairs.
The doctor updates Pushpa’s family on Dilip’s critical condition and asks if they have contacted the police. Bapodhara confirms that he has. Saran advises Pushpa to rest at home since her psychology exam is tomorrow, but Pushpa insists on staying. DCP Tejaswi arrives with her team, and the doctor informs her that it was a brutal murder attempt on Dilip. She then goes to the ICU for the next steps.
DCP asks Pushpa to recount the events, and as Pushpa explains, Rashi arrives with Deepti and asks about Dilip’s condition. Pushpa informs her that treatment is ongoing. Deepti tells Ashwin that her colleagues are coming to donate blood.
DCP requests Pushpa to accompany her to the chawl, and Juggal and Pushpa leave with the police. Meanwhile, Hasmukh shuts the door when Radha approaches. Radha threatens to expose him to the police if he doesn’t let her in, and he reluctantly opens the door and follows her.
At the chawl, DCP and her team wait for the forensic team. Radha arrives with Hasmukh and claims she knows something about the incident. DCP asks her to share what she knows. Radha explains that Dilip overheard Hasmukh speaking ill of Pushpa’s family, leading to a confrontation where Dilip was attacked. DCP questions Hasmukh, but he claims he isn’t strong enough to murder Dilip. The DCP instructs her team to review the CCTV footage first, stating that if they find Hasmukh guilty, she won’t let him go.
After viewing the footage, DCP, Juggal, and Pushpa see a hooded figure enter Dilip’s house. DCP acknowledges Hasmukh’s innocence and questions who the masked man is and what his motive could be.
Tejaswi enters Dilip’s room and begins piecing together the events of the attack. She explains to Pushpa that the masked intruder rang the doorbell, and when Dilip opened the door, the attacker pushed him inside and assaulted him. It becomes clear that Dilip fought back against the attacker, but was ultimately stabbed. Tejaswi emphasizes that if Dilip hadn’t locked the door from the inside, the attack could have been far worse. She asks Pushpa if she knows of any enemies Dilip might have, but Pushpa cannot think of anyone. The police find a chain with the letters “BB” engraved on it and wonder about its significance.
Meanwhile, Bullet Bhai informs Viren that Dilip Patel is dead, to which Viren responds that he hopes Dilip’s soul will rest in peace.
