The episode starts with Adrija speaking with Mehar on the call. Mehar tells her that they can meet on Sunday. Harman, Simran, and Param persuade Mehar to tell them what she talked to the Sen family. Mehar tells them that they all heard her conversation, but all three of them complain to her. Mehar says to the family members about speaking with Adrija. Meanwhile, Mahua gets happy and emotional after Adrija informs her about Mehar’s plan. Meghla looks happy recalling her prayer request.
There, Ranbir has a conversation with a jewellery shop worker while choosing a ring. He looks happy. Meanwhile, Simran tells Mehar that Zorawar won’t be available on Sunday , so how come they can able to perform the pre-wedding ritual. But Mehar says they will conduct the roka ceremony with or without Zorawar. She decides to inform the family members about her plan. In the shop, Ranbir requests the worker to engrave M letter in the ring which he has chosen. The workers agree to fulfil his wish. Ranbir insists on making advance payment for the ring, but the worker says there is no need for it because his family is their customer for a long time.
Chandan tells his family members happily that they have to make arrangements for Adrija’s wedding. He then says that they have to speak with the Bajwa family about Adrija’s studies in the future. Mahua tells him Ranbir’s family will allow Adrija to study further so they don’t have to have this conversation with them. Meghla happily tells Adrija that her wish has been fulfilled, and then she hugs Adrija. Adrija insults Meghla for taking credit for whatever is happening in her life, including Ranbir’s decision to marry her, and then she leaves from there. Meghla gets sad while both Chandan and Mahua remain shocked.
In Bajwa’s house, Mehar informs Harman, Simran, and Param about the Sen’s family invitation for them to take part in their Durga puja and lunch. All three of them get happy. Harman worries about Bengali’s food, but Mehar assures him that nowadays, there is no such thing as Bengali or Punjabi food. Also, she shares with them about her past when she used to take part in the Durga puja with her friend Iravati. Harman tells Mehar that he is going to inform Ranbir about their Sunday plan, but he remains silent after Simran intervenes to speak about their Sunday’s plan. Mehar questions Harman’s behaviour and gives her some excuses. Then, he persuades Mehar to share more information about the conversation she had with the Sen family. Mehar praises Chandan. Simran suggests going for a shopping, which Mehar approves despite Param’s refusal. They all look happy.
Here, Meghla is seen hearing an old song. She receives Ranbir’s call, so she decides to give it to Adrija, but Ranbir gets upset, so Meghla gets confused. But she apologises to Ranbir for upsetting him. Ranbir asks her between gold, diamond, and platinum, which she likes the most. Meghla refuses to tell him anything, saying that she doesn’t want any expensive gifts from him. But Ranbir decides to give her a gift. He further demands Meghla not to give her phone to her family members when he calls him. Meghla agrees. She then tells Ranbir that she got her gift, which she wished it during their Darjeeling trip. Ranbir smiles.
Precap: Adrija demands her parents to reveal Meghla’s true identity to her. Mahua reveals that they have adopted Meghla after they find out about Adrija’s mental illness. Adrija thinks in her mind that Meghla is always trying to snatch her rights, so she decides not to spare her.
