Episode starts with, Abhimanyu asking the receptionist to bring the medicines and oxygen cylinder soon. Machharji comes to him and says that he fetched all information about that little girl. He says that the Prerna orphanage home does exist and a fire really broke out there. Abhimanyu thinks that he doubted that kid for no reason when she struggles so much to stay alive in this cruel world. He comes back home with the medicine and cylinder.
Geetanjali sets up the new oxygen cylinder and gives the medicines to Devki. She says Devki’s vitals are okay now but they have to be very cautious and take good care of her since she is struggling with trauma. She gets a call and says it’s a medical emergency so she leaves. Abhimanyu thanks her for everything. Preeti tells Abhimanyu that the little girl is so nice and innocent. Abhimanyu thinks in his mind that the girl is very mysterious and he needs to solve the mystery.
Priyatni fails to take Sulekha to aside to fetch her eyes. Her blind son leaves her hand in the market and gets lost . He was about to be hit by a car when Kamla saves her in the end moment and a huge crowd gathers there. Priyatni gets angry seeing the crowd and becomes frustrated. When Kamla takes her son aside to make him drink water, Priyatni stands at a distance and tries to throw a big stone at them as punishment. The mysterious voice that guides Priyatni comes and asks Priyatni to go back but she says she won’t. Priyatni is brought back to her home by force where she is scolded again and asked to find the weakness of Sulekha and wait for the right time. She realises that Sulekha’s weakness is her blind son.
Guddy’s mother behaves weird so she gets scared and runs away from the home. She hits into Machharji . She tries to tell him the incident when she sees Kamla standing there with a knife about to hit Machharji. She saved Machharji and vanishes from there. Abhimanyu gets a call from Machharji’s assistant informing he had to leave for Patna for an urgent work but says neither Guddy nor her mother is there in their home. He also says there’s somethng weird in their house for sure . Abhimanyu asks him to meet him at the market leaves immediately.
