The episode starts with Harsh bidding for the land at 140 crores. Rajat urges Savi to increase their bid to win the auction, but Savi warns Rajat that the land isn’t worth that much and stops him from bidding further, allowing Harsh to outbid them. The organizer announces that Harsh has won the land. Rajat and Aman are disappointed with Savi. Harsh mocks Rajat, calling him a loser, and leaves the party with Ashika. Savi tries to explain to Rajat, but he doesn’t listen.
Rajat returns home and starts drinking wine. Savi urges him to stop, reminding him that the doctor advised against it. Rajat angrily warns her not to interfere. Savi explains that she learned from the landowner’s wife that the property is disputed, which is why she stopped him from bidding further. She says she didn’t want his money to be stuck in a bad deal. Rajat doesn’t believe her and expresses his frustration. When Sai enters, Savi hugs Rajat to hide his anger and warns him. Rajat tries to act normal. Sai asks Rajat if he’s upset, but before he can respond, he gets a call and leaves.
On the call, Rajat tries to reassure the board members, telling them he has other options despite losing the deal, but they refuse to listen. Raju asks what happened, and Rajat reveals that the deal was canceled because of Savi, which is a huge loss for them. Aman enters and informs Rajat that there’s chaos at the company, and the board of directors is demanding his resignation. They rush to the office. Bhagyashree mocks Savi for never helping the family and leaves, ignoring Raju’s attempts to speak. Raju reassures Savi, telling her he knows her intentions weren’t wrong.
Later, Mr. Kotari and his wife video call Rajat and assure him of their support. They promise to convince the board of directors to give him another chance. Rajat thanks them for their help. Mrs. Kotari suggests that Rajat arrange an engagement between Aman and Ahana, as Ahana likes Aman. She asks Aman for his opinion, and Aman agrees to the engagement for Rajat’s sake, as Mr. Kotari is helping Rajat.
Later, the men and women get ready for Karwa Chauth and gather at one place. The women compliment Savi’s beauty in front of Bhagyashree. Sai wonders why Rajat hasn’t arrived yet, prompting Bhagyashree to make a snide remark. Raju meets Shantanu and tells him that Savi has been lucky for their family, mentioning that Lucky also passed with distinction. Shantanu shares that Milind is the new HOD. Overhearing this, Lucky congratulates Milind and regrets sending his hall ticket number with money. He says he’ll call Rajat and tries to contact a friend. Raju asks Lucky if Rajat picked up, but Lucky says no.
