The episode starts with Mishri sharing her grief with Grandma. She says to her that her in laws didn’t accept her yet. Raghav is with her. He is always there to support her. He is taking care of her in this tough time. She asks Grandma to wake up asap. She will cook her favourite food. Meanwhile, Raghav feelings guilty for his deeds. He thinks that he was the reason for Grandma’s state. Vaani calls him. She asks him, whether he is alone. He won’t pick up her phone when he is with Mishri. He is busy in taking care of her. Raghav says they they were far from her though she is taking care of them. Vaani says that her love for them didn’t changed. He stopped loving her. Vaani asks him to stop worring about this incident. It wasn’t his fault. It’s just an accident. Raghav says that he can’t feel normal. He was the reason for her state. He can’t sit quiet seeing grandma in this state. Vaani swears on her to hide this matter from them. She asks him to take care of her and disconnects the call. Vaani thinks that she knew his secret. She will take advantage of this matter. She hired a nurse to update the information about grandma’s health state.
Vaani thinks that she will bring him back to this house using this matter. Sulekha asks her what’s she planning? Kalpana lies to her that Vaani is planning for a surprise. She is going to do a fasting for him.
Vaani says that she is planning this surprise for Raghav. He will be back to home. Sulekha appreciates her. She asks her to eat the food. She says that she prepared her favourite foods. She can eat her stomach full. She says that she is taking this vrid for Raghav. He has to come back asap. Vaani thinks that he will definitely come back to her. She already planned for it. Mishri feels hungry. Parvathi worried about Mishri. She thinks that Mishri is also fasting but she couldn’t prepare anything for her. She doesn’t know whether she eat anything or not? Raghav feeds the biscuit to her. He apologized to her for not giving health food to her on her first Karvachaut. Mishri says that she don’t need much. She feeds him back. She gives the money to him. She asks him to eat the breakfast. He informs her that he already eat it with Mishri. He is taking fasting for her. Vaani feels jealous. Mishri learns from the doctor that an injection can save Grandma’s life. She asks Raghav to buy it. Vaani thinks that she has to stop him. When grandma wakes up. She will expose her.
