The episode starts with Raghav asking his friend to arrange an medicine for Mishri’s grandma treatment. He assures to help him. He says that he will send it to him asap. Raghav thanked him. Vaani thinks that she shouldn’t allow him to collect that medicine. Meanwhile, Raghav manages to collect the medicine and give it to the doctor. The doctor asks Mishri and Raghav to wait outside. Raghav asks Mishri to thank the god. She says that she will thank him once she gain her consciousness. The doctor asks them to wait outside he will continue the treatment for her Grandma. Vaani asks Mishri about her Grandma’s state? She informs her that Raghav arranged the medicine for her. The treatment going on. The doctor said that he will share about her health condition once he inject the medicine to her. Vaani thinks that her Grandma shouldn’t come out of the coma.
Vaani thinks that Raghav has to stop the doctor. Vaani says to Raghav that Grandma may gain her consciousness. She will reveal to Mishri that he was the reason for her state. Mishri may send him to the jail after that. She thinks that he may stop the doctor. Raghav says that he doesn’t care about it. He just want to see Mishri’s happiness. He won’t hesitate to go to the jail for her. Vaani thinks that it’s not a problem to him. Grandma will reveal to them that she pushed her in front of the bus. She gets nervous. Mishri asks Raghav to find the culprit. He feels guilty. He consoles her. Mishri asks Raghav to stay with her grandmother for few minutes. She wants to visit the accident spot. She will inquire there. Vaani says that she don’t need to worry about it. The police is inquiring the case.
Mishri says that she wants to inquire this case. She will find out the culprit at any cost. He says that she is fasting for him. She shouldn’t take risk at this time. She promised to come back on time. She excuses Raghav. He feels guilty. Vaani says that he can’t control his hunger. She asks him to eat something. He denied it. He is stubborn to break the fasting with Mishri. Vaani gets jealous. Meanwhile, Kalpana worried about Vaani. Sulekha asks her to advise Vaani to stop helping Mishri and Raghav. She didn’t return to home yet. Kalpana says that she may be staying there for Raghav. She would like to break her fasting with his hand. Sulekha is impressed. She wish to see Raghav leaving Mishri asap. Meanwhile, Mishri searching for the accident spot. She inquires the people. Vaani says to Raghav that she lied to her about the accident spot. He scolds her for lying to her. Vaani emotionally blackmailed him that Mishri will beg in the road after he go to the jail. He shouldn’t reveal the truth to her. Later, Mishri returns to the hospital.
