The episode starts with RV, Yug, and Diya arriving at the cemetery, calling out for Poorvi. It starts raining heavily. RV tells Yug that the grave they are looking for will be fresh and asks Diya and Yug to help find it. Meanwhile, Purvi knocks from inside the coffin. They all search for the newly dug grave.
Monisha wakes up in Jasbir’s car and realizes her hands are tied. She asks Jasbir where he is taking her. Jasbir makes a comment about her and says he’s going to the cemetery to save Purvi. Monisha tries to stop him by grabbing the steering wheel, but Jasbir pushes her away, saying no one will stop him from saving Purvi.
Harman receives a phone call and informs the family that RV and the police haven’t found Purvi yet. Inside the coffin, Purvi cries helplessly as she notices water starting to seep in. She prays to God to save her.
Yug spots an unmarked grave and alerts RV and Diya. Together, they start digging the grave in the rain.
Mathew asks Sahil why Neha didn’t bring the money. Sahil responds that he doesn’t know and that he came by himself. Mathew threatens to kill them if the money isn’t delivered. Meanwhile, Monisha pulls the handbrake, and when the car stops, she gets out and throws the key away. Jasbir questions her actions, and Monisha reveals that she doesn’t want him to save Purvi because she wants Purvi to die.
While digging, RV notices another unmarked spot. He feels that Purvi might be there and, upon closer inspection, finds something that belongs to her. They begin digging in that spot. Inside the coffin, water is filling up fast.
Sahil assures Mathew that Neha will bring the money soon. Neha arrives with the money and demands that Mathew show them Purvi’s body before handing over the cash. Mathew orders Mark to check the money. After verifying that the money is real, Mathew agrees to take them to the cemetery to see Purvi’s body.
RV manages to unlock the coffin, and they find Purvi inside, covered in water. RV, Diya, and Yug pull her out of the coffin and try to wake her, but she doesn’t respond. RV gives her CPR, and after some effort, she regains consciousness but then faints again. RV quickly rushes Purvi to the hospital.
Sahil tells Neha that they can trust Mathew, but Neha refuses to believe him until Mathew provides proof. Mathew agrees to show the proof, and they head to the cemetery.
As RV’s car speeds past, Monisha and Jasbir are nearby, but RV doesn’t notice them. Jasbir warns Monisha that he won’t forgive her if anything happens to Purvi. Monisha insults Purvi, calling her worthless, and tells Jasbir that he can find a better girl. Jasbir, however, praises Purvi’s qualities and reminds Monisha how Purvi once saved RV by herself. He declares that Purvi is one in a million, but Monisha coldly remarks that Purvi might already be dead.
RV arrives at the hospital with Purvi. He calls for a doctor, and the doctor, seeing Purvi’s condition, instructs the staff to take her inside immediately. However, the nurse informs him that no ward boys are available. RV insists on carrying Purvi to the room himself.
