Episode begins with Megha sneaking into Manoj’s flat and calling Nupur. She searches Nupur there but finds weapons and gas cylinders that are used in AC. She wonders why Manoj bought this when there is no AC there. Manoj asks Megha whether she found Nupur. She gets shocked seeing him there. He laughsmaniacally. He says it seems like Megha is not happy seeing him. He tells her she would have been happy if Arjun came instead of him then. He taunts her for not showing excitement when her husband came to her from Amritsar.
She tries to attack him but fails. He beat her up. He asks her to show excitement, not violence. He says Indian girls are like this. He adds that Amy also entered his life like Nupur and Megha, but he did not have to kill Amy. She attacks him and asks him to say where Nupur is. He pushes her and attacks her. He asks her who will tell her where Nupur is if he dies then. He drags her from there. He asks her to guess if Nupur is alive or dead.
On the other hand, Arjun disguises himself as Mangeshkumar and meets a doctor. Doctor asks Arjun what the latter’s problem is. Arjun tells the doctor that he has kidney issues. He shows a report to the doctor. The doctor tells Arjun to go to a big hospital for a kidney transplant. He says he can’t do surgery for a kidney transplant.
Arjun tells Doctor that the latter did kidney transplant surgery for Mathew, and it’s Mathew who sent him. Doctor asks who is Mathew. He says it must be Arjun’s misunderstanding. Arjun asks the doctor not to say this. He shows Matthew’s photo to the doctor. He says he knows everything, and Matthew told him everything. He gives money to the doctor. He asks the doctor to save him. He fakes crying, saying he has small kids.
Doctor tells Arjun to calm down and smiles seeing the money. He says Matthew arranged kidneys for himself. He asks Arjun whether the latter arranged the kidney or he has to arrange it. Police officers come there. Arjun removes his fake moustache and beard. He arrests the doctor for an illegal kidney transplant. He adds he wants details about Nupur and Matthew.
Meanwhile, Manoj strangles Megha and leaves her. He says he will tell his and Nupur’s love story to Megha. He reveals it was hard for him to trap Nupur, and she was hot, so he enjoyed it.
In the police station, the doctor tells Arjun that Matthew had drinking habits and Nupur was a naive girl. He says Matthew and Nupur were married couples. He reveals Matthew lost one kidney, and his other kidney was failing too. He says Mathew lost his job and Nupur got tired of Mathew. He adds Matthew refused to stop drinking and smoking and made Nupur life hell. Manoj tells his and Nupur’s story to Megha.
